Troy came through a raging blizzard to fix our furnace today. Unbelievable! It was a very difficult drive since we live in the country. He was undeterred. Professional, courteous and caring. The best experience.

Stein is very professional. Their work is great and although most plumbers are considered to be high priced, Stein's does good work and they guarantee it. I highly recommend them.

Stein Heating & Cooling answered the phone right away on the first time, Sheena was friendly and so helpful and got us scheduled right away for our service. We had Troy out to help us, he was very knowledgeable and efficient at his work and we were thrilled with start to finish. We are now life long customers because of how great the customer service was here!

We had a wonderful experience with Steins! We had called because our furnace was down and we had a service technician out the same day to get us up and running! His name was Brandon and he was friendly and professional! He told us we had a very old system, which we knew, and advised us on options to replace. We decided to go ahead with a new furnace! We are so happy with our new furnace, we had a wonderful install crew out to our house, Alex knew all the ins and outs of installing the furnace and answered all of our questions! The price was right, the quality was great. The whole process was so smooth. Everyone there treated me like I was family to them and I felt so comfortable with the decision I made. I would recommend them to everyone!

Had a plumbing issue as my ancient garbage disposal decided to blow up. My previous plumber left the business, so I cold-called Stein. Brandon with Stein had things figured out and a new disposal installed less than two hours after I contacted them. Great, professional service. Will definitely add them to speed dial for all my plumbing, heating and cooling needs.

Boiler system broke down and they got it repaired within a few hours! THANK YOU TREY!!! YOU WILL CERTAINLY BE MY GO-TO FROM NOW ON!!!!!!!

Called local guy no response called these guys lady was super friendly in phone and the repair guy was here and hit ac back up and running in less then 2 hours and they were half hour away would definitely recommend and use again

Are you kidding me, this company is awesome!!! They literally saved my life, a gas leak and the pipes weren't code and I've lived with it for 31yrs. who knew? My house could have burned down this past Sunday. THANK YOU!!!

I call Stein for all my heating and cooling needs. The Stein family will fix it right for a reasonable price. The service technicians are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Very efficient and quick to respond. I called them and within 20 minutes they were at my house. She was only here about 30 minutes and had they problem fixed. I will definitely call them again if I have problems again. I would definitely recommend them if u have problems.
