Classic Construction recently replaced the roof on my house, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From the very beginning, they were incredibly personal and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and answer all of my questions. The team was very helpful in guiding me through the options and ensuring I felt comfortable with the choices being made. What impressed me most was how fast and efficient the work was completed. The crew was professional and clearly skilled, and the new roof looks fantastic. To top it all off, Classic Construction worked directly with our insurance company, which took a huge weight off my shoulders and made the whole process seamless. I highly recommend Classic Construction for any roofing needs – they are reliable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with!

I contacted this company from October to February just to get someone to come out and do an estimate for my insurance company. Even approached workers from the company who were doing a roof down the street from me to give them my number because the office never calls me back. They finally came out to do an estimate at the end of February. Said it would be a week or two to get the estimate complete, it's been 2 mths now, I call almost every week to get update, I always get told no one is available to talk to me at the moment and they will have someone call me back and no one ever does. I asked them if they just dont want the job, thet dont guve ne an answer. If you don't have a 40k plus job for them, don't call them, you aren't worth their time or efforts. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Today is the last time I call them. Same story. They will gave someone call me. Will never recommend then to anyone again.

I called Classic at 4 in the morning on a Saturday. The phone was answered immediately with kindness and reassurance. Total disaster in our basement. Water was 2-4 inches deep. The crew showed up and worked from 7-3. (Nonstop). Super professional. Highly recommended.

I write very few reviews however I wanted to share the experience of my in laws about this company. Their home was destroyed by a natural disaster over 7 months ago. This company has been nothing but lies and broken promises. Their communication is horrible. They can’t even get an estimate completed or return a phone call. I can’t speak for their work but if it is anything like the way they conduct business, I would assume it is subpar as well. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for general contracting needs. Based on similar reviews, this seems to be the way they operate.

Unless you like getting billed a year after the job is 90% done and you have to call another contractor I wouldn’t recommend using this company. They claimed to have sent me “an email” as in (1 email). We contacted them several times to get job completed and couldn’t get them to do so.

Good job on the roof install but never came back to re-install the guarder guards. They Left them all loose and not anchored at all. Said they would be back later They kept putting me off and this spring the high wind came through and ripped them all up and damaged portions of the roof. Had to get another contractor to repair what Classic did. Cost me a whole lot of money that I didn’t have. I would not recommend them for anything.

They have great customer service and will work with you to resolve issues. Their workers are very nice and profesional. They are fair.

Chris and his guys were great. They were very knowledgeable and listened to my questions and concerns. Took the extra step to make sure that zero dust or mold got in the home during and after removal. They will be the first I call next time I have an issue.

Called three times was told someone would get back to me to set up a time well been three months since that has happened still never heard anything I can't trust a company like that can't call to set up a time for a estimate like was promised and I called back to see abou getting someone here and the owner hung up on me that's not how you do business

The guys that showed up to help me Chris and a temp(sorry don't remember his name),were very professional and courteous. Chris even came back to help me with my dishwasher. Thanks so much,for all of your help! Greatly appreciated!!!

First off *****5 stars for the quality of work. My mom was very pleased with the craftsmanship done. Ok... don't expect that from the office bunch though. Called 5 times to arrange to sign contract for insurance. Finally told mom forget it I'm not begging someone to pay them. Got a bill in the mail. After telling her about all the calls, she proceeded to explain oh we've had trouble past couple of weeks with the phone line
I said I'm not buying that this has been going on for 3 months. Well here we are waiting for someone to come so the contract can be signed....waiting....just got off the phone guy forgot reschedule for a week later. Let's see if they show

Classic Construction and Roofing did an excellent job on our new roof. Responded quickly after we encountered storm damage , crews were professional, and quality is top-notch.

We had them replace our gutters and they did a fantastic job and cleaned up all the old gutters. We couldn't have been happier with the work and the cost.

Called this business about providing me n estimate on a major remodeling of my home with a loan I am obtaining. Took them 3 days to even call me back after the receptionist told me that the project manager would call. But instead she calls me back 3 days later only relaying the message The project manager doesnt have the man power to do the job. I could see my commanding officer telling me that while defending our country in Iraq??? I dont think so....will never contact this company again...lost out on a 60K plus job...!!!

I recently purchased a home in the area and hired Classic Construction Company to address a few issues on the inspection report. I cannot say enough about my experience! Classic Construction completed all of my projects in the most timely and professional manner imaginable. They were great to work with and explained everything. I would highly recommend Classic Construction Company and will be using them again!

NZJ558 or NZJ885 one of these is the license plate to one of there vans and the guy driving it needs to calm down. Going like 80 in a 50 tailgating and swerving in and out of traffic almost took me out getting off the interstate. It was like 7 in the evening where does he got to go so late?

This was the worst experience I’ve had with a contractor. It took them 5 months to even show up after a tree fell on my house. The drywall guy did a horrible job, used screen instead of patching with actual drywall. His mudding and sanding was horrible. I have had to go back and re-coat everything he did. I should have just done the work myself. I would never use this company again!

I had a serious ceiling issue. My insurance company recommended them. I called twice, 2 weeks in a row, and was told by the receptionist someone would contact me both times. That was about a month ago. No one ever called. I’ll be telling my Sate Farm agent to stop recommending them.

I lost my house cause it cost over $100,000 to fix it I can fix it back better than it was for less than $50k.. Me and my Special needs Son lost the house cause few ppl took over 3 months to figure a quote and then get paid to double the quote OMG..The house is 100% in my name.....well probley not now due to auction..Bank/Brett and Classic is not on my side that's pure Greed

Classic Construction assisted me with my first home’s roof replacement and provided financing options to make the decision easier. The job was scheduled quickly and the crew worked through the weekend to get everything finished before storms moved through.

New roof just installed, leaking around soffit, new gutters installed, also leaking Cannot get anyone to come to inspect the job & fix the problems, They say they will be here but no-one comes and no-one calls to say why Then we are told that they didn't say they would come that day when we have emails saying they are coming

They ran straight through a red light and nearly hit my dog and I who had a pedestrian signal. Saw them again recently (same white SUV) and almost caused an accident by not using a blinker. Whoever drives their car with the business name on it is not observant or respectful it seems... wouldn’t want them doing work on my house.

Called to try and get an estimate to replace a door molding. Seemed very disinterested and told me 6 months before they can get here. Btw, we live in a HOA neighborhood and have a 6K sq foot house. I wish I could toss away customers like they did. NEXT!

I used CC to install kitchen floor tile about a year ago. They did an excellent job. Recently ehen I contacted them about doing more work, we made an appointment to see tile samples. They called twice to confirm appointment, then cancelled at last minute. Never called me back. How rude! Apparently not really interested in smaller residential jobs?

Where do I even start. We hired Classic Construction for a remodel after our home caught on fire. We were out of our home for over 8 months, which the last few months were mainly due to work not getting done properly or not done according to what they were getting paid to do. If you want your walls and trim to look like they were painted by a child, hire this company. If you want paint spilled on your new carpet then covered up with your furniture, hire this company. If you want your furniture scratched up/damaged when being moved to storage and back into your home, hire this company. If you want good quality and efficient work done by trustworthy people, DON’T HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! As if going through a house fire wasn’t bad enough!!

Wonderful experience. We had a water leak in the attic which ran down into one of our bedrooms. They showed up on time, were very nice and personable. Quickly assessed the damaged and started treating the issue, Cleaned up after themselves after cutting drywall out. I will definitely be using them again!

Had to call three times. First time I called he said it was after hours and it says 24hrs a day. Then wanted to charge me 250 for an estimate. No way other companies will do it for free!!! That to me says they don’t want the work!!!! I wouldn’t hire this company on a bet.

Classic Construction recently replaced my roof and repaired damage in my foyer and living room. They did a great job. Workers were polite, professional and cleaned up at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

Installed a brand new roof in January of 2018 on a home we purchased in February. In April the roof leaked into our kitchen due to the shingles not being installed properly around a vent. Took almost two weeks to get it fixed during which it continued to rain and I had to call multiple times. Then it took two months for them to finally tell the seller’s realtor that even though the leak was caused by faulty work that it is their policy to only fix the exterior and to have the customer turn in the interior to their homeowner’s insurance. Bad business.

Nothing Short of amazing. We couldnt be happier the workers were so courteous, polite, and professional. Thier work truely sets them apart from other companies in the area. I, 100% agree now they are nothing short of the best of the best. I would highly recomend Classic Construction to anyone their work is second to none. This also means that they stay busy year round. So I can understand that some delay in communication can occure but I was normally called back within 24hrs.
