Clark-Wright Septic Service

Last year I had a great experience with CW - I called to get my tank pumped since it was coming up on due. No issues, spoke to someone on the phone and they promptly came within a week I believe of the phone call. They left an invoice, it got paid.

Now when I call I can’t get someone to pick up the phone. I leave voicemails of course. However the only time I get call backs is at 7:30 in the morning. But no voicemail. Just a missed call. I know it’s from them because the caller ID says Chad Wright, but no message was left.

If your business hours are 8-4, and you as a business owner are not expected to be available to your customers outside of those hours, why do you assume your customers should be available outside your business hours? I’m literally just trying to get my dry well pumped and cleaned out, it shouldn’t be this much hassle to get a reply from a company I’ve already don’t business with before.

There is no one in Vermont that does this business better. Extremely high quality work, very professional team, I wouldn't use anyone else.

We called C-W Septic a few weeks ago when our tank alarm was sounding. They arrived that day, were polite and professional, and answered all our questions before replacing our septic pump, which had reached the end of its natural life. This weekend, the alarm went off again and they were at our home by 9:30 AM on Monday, where they discovered that newly installed pump had been faulty and pretty much exploded. By 11AM another new pump was installed, the tank was pumped out, and we were fully informed by the technician of the status of the system and assured that he would be back within 48 to check on it. We are very happy customers!

Above and beyond service....pumped septic and freed up clog on Xmas eve before relatives showed up! 10 stars in my book!

I called them for a routine pumping out. They:
1. Were on time
2. Pumped out my (very full) system
3. Cleaned my filter
4. Helped me locate my leach field

Professional and easy to deal with.

A few days ago, we had sewage leaking out of the pumping station of our septic system. I knew I had a problem, so I called Clark-Wright and left a message at about 4pm on a weekday. I got a call back within the hour and was told they would arrange to have a technician and the pump truck come the next day. I got a call early the next morning say their crew would be arriving soon. When they arrived, they diagnosed the problem (a broken pipe coming out of the pumping station) and within an hour they had a backhoe on site to dig out the piping. Within a couple of hours they located three leaks (I watched the process) and by afternoon they had corrected the problem and the system was working again. They filled the large hole and carefully graded the area, relocating some excess soil as I asked them to do. It was a smooth job from start to finish. A great local company that will not disappoint you.

I am lost for enough words to say how wonderful these people are. We have had a nightmare 2 week septic situation that Clark Wright fixed for us almost immediately. First, P and P came for a routine septic pump and pulled our pump house out without our knowledge! We then called Enviro-tech who came a week later, installed the wrong pump, and disappeared. The third time was a charm with these guys- Michaela ,who answered the phone, is the most competent, compassionate, and knowledgeable customer service person we have ever experienced. She walked us through figuring out what we needed and held our virtual hand during many phone calls. Chad came out to see our system the day before and completed the job within a couple days of our first contact. After 2 weeks of no laundry and 1 minute showers he is definitely the man of the hour and we are so grateful for the excellent service he provided. I should also mention that their price is hundreds of dollars less than P and P price gauged my neighbor for 2 years ago for the same size pump. Have total confidence in hiring these folks as they are the very best in the industry. Thank you so much Chad and Michaela for being there for us.

Face it - septic service is not a glamorous business. However, these folks are so professional and proficient they make it one! Very competent staff, friendly, efficient, courteous, could not have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

Mr. Wright came on a Saturday to my mother-in-law's to fix her problem. He even drove to a buddy's house to get a bale of hay to cover the tank temporarily. Went WAY above and beyond with GREAT service.

Trustworthy septic service.... Noticed our system was backing up. Contacted Clark's and spoke to Michaela who took the time on the phone in an effort to troubleshoot the problem. After troubleshooting it was worthy of an onsite inspection. Had the tanks pumped and technician was able to diagnose the issue that were two failed floats in the pump chamber. One was the primary pump float and the second was the alarm float. Now the system is backing operating as designed.

We had a blockage in our sewer drain which led to an overflow at 9 pm on a Monday holiday. I left a message on the Clark-Wright answering machine and within 15 min Makayla with Clark-Wright had called me back, assured me she had received our message and that she would call first thing in the morning. She called by 7 AM, we had technicians at our house by 1 PM, and the blockage (tree roots) cleared by 2 PM. Will update if I have any issues with the work, but I have to say I am a very happy customer right now! Thank you!!!!

With a full tank and a cottage full of quests we called at 5 PM. As promised they called to schedule the next morning and actually came earlier

You can't trust these guys to do the job right and they don't care about their customers. These guys botched pumping out my septic tank, which resulted in sewage backing up into my home. I had to have another company come out and do the job right and repair the damage that was done to my system. I strongly suggest no one use this company.
