I own 20 rental properties and CJ has been my go to for all of my residential and commercial roofing needs for over 20 years. Its nice not having to shop around or be concerned about the job being done right. Thanks CJ much appreciated!

We had a pretty bad hailstorm recently here in Fountain. I went with CJ Restoration after a couple of my neighbors recommended them. They did an outstanding job on my roof and really went to bat for me with State Farm. Thanks to all the photos and documentation CJ Restoration provided, State Farm ended up covering a full replacement. I'm so thankful they took the time to handle everything. I worked with Andre and Desiree and they were great to work with.

My experience with them was extremely disappointing. They took over two years to handle a hail storm insurance claim for my house and failed to complete the job properly. They kept telling me they were in contact with my insurance company, but every time I called the insurance myself, I was told CJ had not reached out at all.

They were supposed to replace seven windows—two had to be reordered because they initially ordered the wrong sizes. One of the windows had to be replaced again under warranty because they broke it during installation.

Even worse, the workers took tools from my garage without permission, claiming they had forgotten theirs. The only reason my garage was open was because the windows were being stored there. Some tools even went missing entirely.

They were also supposed to replace my roof, gutters, and a utility door—but after two years, none of that work was ever done.

I will never hire this company again. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor.
The staff who are supposed to help you are extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns, they become argumentative when you point out their lack of follow-through.

I would highly recommend CJ Restorations to anyone! From the beginning to the end of our projects , the entire team was so professional and helpful - The quality of their work is unmatched. I have worked with them for years and they Always deliver!! Five Stars

I'm tell you all. I have had crazy good, service with Cj restoration. I live in Aurora CO My house has solar on it too. They work with excel energy and the solar company, to fix the roof repair the solar (that was not working) plus the installed gutters downspouts gutter covers plus when the work was done. they sent a 2nd crew to double check that everting was up to snuff. The best part!! they wrestled with Allstate. I didn't even pickup the phone Mr. Bugg. Who keeps telling me to call him Dustin! did all the legwork did all the haggling with the insurance. plus with the double check I got to go up on the roof to check the reinstallation of my Now working solar! Got all new stuff Plus a smaller electric bill call these folks. Don't be foolish stay with a Colorado owned and operated business

They worked well with insurance company. They arranged for the best roofers ever. Done in 1-1/2 days. The roof looks awesome! This is the second time I used CJ Restoration. I told 2 of my neighbors about them and both neighbors selected CJ Restoration. They're on my speed dial in case I need them again in the future.

CJ Restoration took care of my roof, fence, and some painting after a bad storm. Everything turned out solid. The crew showed up on time, kept me updated, and finished faster than I expected. Daniel my project manager communicated well and worked around my schedule so I always knew when the contractors were coming. The roof looks great, the fence is sturdy, and the paint made a big difference. They answered my questions even when I kept bugging them lol. Desiree in accounting was really helpful and made the payment part easy to deal with. Would definitely use them again.

My insurance company didn't want to cover the damage on my roof and I was ready to pay a lot of money just to repair it. Very happy I called CJ and a very friendly girl named Anna informed me of the process. They fought for me against Allstate to get my roof covered and it was replaced for less money than I was going to pay to repair it!

I've never had such a positive experience with a contractor before. Dustin and his team were professional and such a delight to work with.

After a massive hail storm in Denver, my house was left looking like Swiss cheese. I was approached by an employee of CJ Restoration who offered to help. He said that they usually only work with larger businesses, but there were so many people in need that they decided to extend their reach to homeowners.

Working with this company was an easy experience that really flowed. The communication was great, and they ensured there were no scheduling issues. They were more than happy to work with me through every aspect of the whole, long process.

Once it came time to pay my portion, the deductible, Desiree Trujillo in the finance department was an absolutely lovely person to work with. She was able to explain things to me easily when I had questions about money and worked quickly to fix issues that presented with the contractors.

I appreciate everything that this company did for me, and I would definitely go through them again if anything were to happen.
