Amazing woman asked us how she could help us right when we walked in. Her name is Lisa and would come back just to experience her friendly attitude! Not only that they have the best prices in Hot Springs! I would know because I called every other place that sells 2 x 8 x 11 treated lumber! Thanks again for the great service! I was originally going to leave a 5 Star review as I was typing this waiting on our lumber. Went to the yard as directed by Lisa to find NOBODY visible and after 5 minutes of waiting other customers came in. 3 guys appeared one at a time, slowly, and while eating (carrying a bowl of food) and driving the forklift. Even though we were first to arrive we were not the first helped in the yard. We weren't even acknowledged with glance until others were taken care of. The yard needs to do better. I know its hot. Harvey in the yard came to our rescue with the lumber we bought but pulled behind the truck and got off the forklift and walked off without a word. He came back when we got down to the last 2 boards. He did thank us and said "have a great day". Thanks Lisa inside! Thanks Harvey for at least bringing the lumber to us. Inside gets 5 stars outside gets 3 stars. -Ryan J.
Friendly staff, they know where what you want is at. And seem to always have what you need. Much easier than a big box store.
