Citadel was the second roofing company to come look at our roof. The first didn’t show for the adjuster, and Adam went out of his way to be timely, extremely honest, and let us know that our adjuster was really fair! We were stuck between a prior roofer and the adjuster, and we didn’t quite know who was telling us the truth. Not only was Citadel honest and fair, but they promptly fixed our roof and went out of their way to make sure we were well communicated with and provided everything our insurance needed. In a business that feels like a game, this company made it transparent, easy, and quick. It was a breath of fresh air that they made this process painless and got us back to not worrying about our damage in no time! Excellent company for roof repairs and replacement. Recently my house roof had to be replaced due to a hail storm. In addition, the hail storm happened when I already had an open insurance claim due to a previous hail storm... Adam and Amber did a great job at walking me through the whole process (my first time dealing with this). The entire process was a breeze for me as they were very professional and delivered on every word. Highly recommend!

These are my guys for the long haul. The roofing industry in its entirety is something that I will probably never understand. It's easy to see why so many people are taken advantage of. Adam came out after 3 others and put in so much more time. He sat and explained things about our issues and next steps, which made our decision easy. I was selling a property and during the buyers inspection they found several issues with the roof. I contacted Adam at Citadel Roofing. I supplied him a copy of the buyers inspection report and he as was able to correct every item in the report to the buyers satisfaction within 24 hours. Citadel Roofing Services was so easy to work with! An inspection on my property revealed a cap sheet that had rolled and nails that popped that needed to be addressed. Every other vendor quoted me to tear it off and replace, despite it being only 5 years old. Although the section was small, other places gave me quotes ranging from $3-$11k. Luckily, I found Citadel.

Adam looked at the report photos and gave me a very fair opinion. He suggested the issue would eventually reoccur, even if it was replaced, due to the nature of the application. He suggested this really was a maintenance item and he could address it for $250. He sent clear photos of his work afterwards; it looked good as new! I highly recommend reaching out to Citadel for their expert opinion and even better pricing.

The guy came out on time. Gave a quote that was competitive. They assured me timelines, quality of finish, high impact material, etc. I felt better about him as I could tell he knew his stuff, plus he was referred by my neighbor. So we made the choice to use Adam and James of Citadel. Even though the weather was not helpful, it was January in Denver, they delivered on their promises. I can not say good enough feedback other than thank you. I hope this review helps as I have found it is hard to get people to work nowadays.
