Great experience with Leo. He was responsive and on-time with communications and scheduling. Leo and his team helped address a water leak issue in our backyard and in the course of addressing the issue, we discovered additional damage. He quickly mitigated this issue and had the new work required patched up and fixed in short order. We'll definitely reach out to Leo again for any new work we have done.

CIMA Construction, LLC repaired my previously installed very leaning fence. Additionally, some of the planks were loose and broken. CIMA replaced the post and erected and stabilized them. The great reward of this project aspect is that it took only one day, so my yard was not exposed over night.
I received upfront pricing including labor, materials, and cleanup.
I will definitely hire CIMA Construction for my next project.

Leo and his team were awesome. We used them for two jobs. One was to enclose our two story loft and make a laundry room and the other one was to build a front porch. They worked hard and the quality of work was top notch. Anytime we ran into a problem we were able to discuss it and work through it with no issues. He made himself available and came out anytime you had a question. Glad we choose to go with Leo and his team and plan to use him again in the future.

We wanted to build a screened in porch in our backyard. Cima did a great job of designing and building our porch. As we were building it we saw a need to change several items. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Anything we asked was done and every option we had was presented and explained throughly. Cima handled all inspections and regulations that we needed to follow. We could not be more pleased.

They did the roof repair removing the aluminum ridge cap and installing the plastic and shingles etc with reasonable price and less than a couple of hours. They are doing great job and the staff are professional and very friendly.

CIMA workers do quality work. Their electrician gave me higher quality and state-of-the-art exterior lighting system I did not expect. I am very pleased with interior Painting and how clean every thing was left. They removed every thing off the wall including the Handrail on the steps and replaced everything back on the wall including shelving after painting. The stone work walkways, patio and fire pit look rich and fantastic.

CIMA Construction (run by Leo) is my go to for any contractor work needed in or around the house. Leo is a great person to work with, an excellent communicator, and a timely worker. He has done various tasks for me, including finishing my basement, doing a bathroom remodel, creating in-wall shelving, a wet bar, and other smaller electric work (installing ceiling fans/lights/chandeliers). Every time I have worked with him and his team it has been a smooth, timely process with no surprises. The quality of the work is present and people always notice how good a job him and his team does. The pricing is also excellent compared to other contractors, who are not transparent about their costs and mislead customers. I would 100% recommend him for any general contractor work - you will not be disappointed!

I used CIMA Construction to do some much needed updating to the interior of my home. They were prompt and professional. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other contractors, but I’ve found a good team with CIMA. I definitely recommend their services.

I needed to have sub floors in my kitchen leveled for installation of hardwood flooring. Leo got back to me very quickly with an estimate and was very responsive to coming out quickly and repairing the floor. The job was completed successfully in 1 one day as stated and my floor is now level and ready for an install. Their cleanup was very very good as well. I was referred to them and I would personally refer anyone to them. Grade A all around!

Very happy with the quality of the work and the price we paid. We had a small misunderstanding about a piece of work being included in the quote but a simple, friendly discussion and an agreement was made that I was happy with. Knowing that a company can handle disputes in this manner is a very big positive. My biggest fear with a contractor is that they will take the low road in this type of situation. They really wanted to insure that they did right by us. I will be using them again in the future.

I needed cabinets and an island installed in my basement. Leo was on time, professional, and precise with his measurements. He consulted with me to ensure I was satisfied with the alignment of the cabinets and the island, and he made sure the area was clean when done. Cima Construction did a wonderful job installing my frameless shower door. The workers were nice and cleaned up after themselves. Picked up the phone EVERYTIME i called! I will use again in the future.

Cima is a valid company. They had did a whole renovation of my bathroom it’s looks better than ever, very clean and precise, even finished on its due date. Cima construction will most definitely be my go to for further upgrades.

When aDIY became difficult this company came to the rescue in record time, and very reasonable rates. Communication was great...craftmanship spot on! I highly recommend.

I had a major water damage in my basement. I had been stressed dealing with one contractor after another. Then I meet Leo. I wanted couple of estimates to replace the carpet and to reconstruct a built in shelving. He met me promptly at the house (even though I was late) . Leo was very professional and genuine.
We met on Thursday and he brought his crew out on Friday morning to install the carpet. His price was very competitive and work was very satisfying. I have few projects that needs to be done and I will definitely let Leo and his crew take care of it. I have already referred CIMA to my family member and will continue to work with CIMA. It's always good to know an honest contractor.

This picture in the upper left hand corner of Cima's post is MY WORK -- I build this deck myself with zero help/involvement from any contractor. I can prove it with the address. Taking credit for it is a scam and you ought to be ashamed. Don't use this shady company!
