Used CHS to evaluate the existing roof, provide an estimate of the cost to replace the roof. We asked them to remove the 8 roof vents and replace with a ridge vent, which they gladly did. Materials were delivered on the day they said it would. They showed up to begin work on the morning they said they would. They finished the job on the day they said they would. The entire crew were great workers. They worked on the roof regardless of the weather conditions... only lightning caused a brief delay. I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship, the time it took to do the job, and the price paid for the new roof.
