I have been an Allstate customer for a very long time. I had a different agent to begin with and had some concerns with my original agent. Rather than change insurance companies completely, I was able to change to Christie Jubber as my agent. She has consistently taken the time with me to assess the costs and coverages we have, to assure it is a proper fit for us.

We filed a claim for hail and wind damage on our roof. They sent an adjustor who was very knowledgeable and then approved our claim in a timely manner. They quickly paid for our roof repair and followed through during the process. We would highly recommend Christie Juber and All-State for your insurance needs.

Used to be great. But Allstate raised my premium significantly recently and when I called to receive assistance I was told there was nothing they could do. What is the point of having a local agent if they are not willing to work with me to get the best rate?

The service has gone down hill. Had a sewer pipe burst and was told I had coverage by a Nick but it would not be fully covered. Claim was opened and closed immediately with a adjuster stating they do not cover ANY sewer issues. Directed me to the agent. I spoke to Christie herself and she advised NO ONE in her office would EVER say if something is covered or not. She advised she would go back and listen to the calls and call me back. I however, recorded all of my calls including the 1 call with the adjuster 1/14/23. Today 1/24/23 I called for a update and spoke to a Erica. She was kind and advised I would receive a call by the end of the business day, I received a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL call from Christie stating I was called back with Erica and the adjuster on a 3 way call. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. She was very rude and called me about 2 hours later. I recorded my last call with her today as well. Once again Christie stated I had spoke to her agent and the adjuster today. I asked for the call recording because at this point I am concerned they are giving information to someone that is not in the household. This policy has been open about 15 years! This is NOT what we expected from this agent what so ever. If they do not cover fine, just give us the correct information. HORRIBLE SERVICE, I would never recommend this agent ever again.

I have had Allstate home owners for almost 2 decades and fortunately have never had to use my home owners insurance for anything. This spring my foundation started to crumble and I needed help repairing my foundation they not only denied my claim but were rude in the process. Allstate is not worth the premiums I pay each month and I am actively looking for a different provider.

Been a client for years they are awesome. They can be really expensive. But I still love staff there. Trina and Christy do their jobs well.

This office is a complete joke that is willing to share my private information on more than one occasion. The first time they shared my personal information they went as far as removing me from my own policy and provided my information to a different person. How this occurs is disturbing and you would have thought they wouldn’t do it again. A year later (today) I get an email saying I made a claim, only to find out the other individual still had my information and was the one making a claim on my policy. How this occurs is beyond me and the remorse for making these mistakes from this office is pathetic. The Utah insurance commission,will be contacted and I’ve already contacted other agents from other companies to get away from this office before my credit and everything else is ruined by their lack of care.

Andrew has been so helpful the years I had Allstate. I’ve had to switch companies for personal reasons- but couldn’t be happier with Christie and her office staff. They make Allstate look great! Thank You All! Hope to see you all around

Working with Christie's office great! Every single person I've worked with has been friendly, professional and quick to respond! I recommend Christie and Allstate to anyone in the market for an insurance company.

We've had Allstate insurance for 25 years. During that time we have had ab entirely flooded home, and I am so grateful Allstate paid for us to stay at a local hotel, provided per diem for all our meals, and our agent called us if only to make us feel better about the scheduling and allowed us to change the linoleum and a few fixtures. I recently called the office and asked about lowering our costd. Saved us 30$.

Don't waste your money or time. It is hardly worth having full coverage on you vechical. They were not willing to give me the value of any two of my vehicles so I can not buy or have a down payment to buy a new vechical that is the same as my old one. There roadside service is poor quality. I waited almost an hour for a tow and did not canceled my tow request for another two hours and still the road side assistance did not find me a tow. There are better car insurances out there with better coverage and pricing. You also can not get a hold of an adjuster or claim assistant because they are always on vacation or out of the office.

This All state office is one of the best The team has always been responsive to my specific individual needs. Keep up the good work

I have been less than impressed with our Allstate insurance. We have never had an issue or filed a claim until our vehicle was stolen & torched. The office at Brigham City just kept telling us we had to deal with our claim officer who deals with Theft in Arizona, who never answered our calls & took hours or days to respond back to emails. It has been the most frustrating experience. I thought we were paying for local agents so that they could be there to assist us in our Claims & make sure we are taken care of but apparently not. Don't waste your money.

I have a fake name on here but this company Christie juber allstate Brifham city is the best. KYLE AND Maddie theres another one but I cant remember her name. Have been a client of theirs for 10 years or more and I love road side assistance in case you have a problem. We have used it and saved us a few times.it is worth the money because they will work work with you if you are automatic pay and you may not have enough you just have to call before the taken out date. They told me that you'd still have insurance of you had to wait for a few weeks..think 10 days...they rock. And they are good to respond email or call.

I have had Christie as my agent for awhile and have nothing but good experiences with her and her staff. They always help me understand every change I make and are very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. They have been in business over 20 years

Worst insurance company I've ever encountered, constant mess ups with payments,claims are a gaggle, multiple hidden SURPRISES such as the road side service you thought you were buying and were covered for, well turns out that they don't tell you that the money comes out of your pocket and then you can TRY to get reimbursed, rude arrogant employees to include Christie Jueblers office.

I've always been dealt with fairly by Allstate. They made the insurance process a breeze when my first car was totaled. I'm still happy with my rates and their service. And they're actually easy to catch on the phone!

I've been with this office for years. I've recently had two experiences that have set them above and beyond!
With the recent hail storms in Box Elder Country Allstate was so easy to work with! They had someone at my house within a day or two of filing my claim. The claim adjuster was knowledgeable and helpful. They cut checks for me that day so we were able to get our house fixed quickly!
We also had friends move here from out of the country. Getting everything worked out for that situation is a lot of work! They went above and beyond helping us out and getting our friends insurance!
