I cannot say enough good things about Brigham HVAC. I called them on a Saturday & they had someone out to my house in an hour. I called them yesterday & they once again came out right away. The finished the repairs today. They were efficient & cost conscious! They will definitely be my go to HVAC Company!!

Our A/C has been pretty bad since we moved into our home a week ago. We were a little bummed to have to replace our HVAC system so soon. We had some other (larger) companies come out and give a quote just by looking at the system. So we wanted to contact a local outfit and see what they would tell us.
Very thorough and going through all sorts of tests and diagnostics to make sure they knew exactly what we needed for our home and where the issues were. More than great customer service, so we scheduled for a full replacement. Today, literally they just walked out my door. We had Van, Jared, Andrew and the new guy (name was forgotten). They came in, we're very professional and clean, laying down rugs down my stairs and through my living room so they wouldn't track in any dirt on the carpet. Got in and out, it was an all day project but looking at how clean everything looks I'm not complaining. 5 stars through and through. Thank you very much for helping us in this time where we needed some cool air.

I called and was greeted with respect and I felt that I was appreciated. They scheduled me a service call and got a technician available within an hour or two. The tech was knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly communicated what he was doing, what he needed to investigate and gave me a comprehensive detailed review of what needed to be done, what could be done and offered some insight on how to handle problems in the future. I was highly impressed with the whole experience and will be using this service exclusively in the future!

I called Brigham City Heating and Cooling because my HVAC was not cooling efficiently. I was connected with Brit, who was just fantastic! She walked me through some simple troubleshooting steps that led me to find that my evaporator coils were completely frozen! See picture below. I turned off my system to allow this to thaw. It turns out that I took too long to replace my air filter, which prevented effective airflow to these coils. I am very optimistic that my system will be back to 100% after these coils thaw out. Thanks so much to Brit for her amazing customer service. Change your filters people!!

Cole Perry and his assistant Sam came to my home because I thought I had a problem with my thermostat. They did a thorough check on all my AC systems and found and fixed the issue. It was not the thermostat. Because they were so thorough, my AC is working perfectly. Thank you Cole and Sam for a great job!

Honestly I can't express my gratitude and appreciation enough for this company! Our AC unit quit. I called on a Friday night after 6pm and they actually answered right away and scheduled a service call at 8:30am on Saturday morning. After looking into the AC issue unfortuneately the compressor went out and Cole gave me a choice to replace the compressor on existing unit or put in a new one. I decided to go with a new unit because my AC has been struggling to keep the house cool the past several years. Come to find out the air flow on the furnace which a different company installed 9 years ago was to restrictive for the size of our home. Cole called the office and they couldnt do the install until Monday because of other commitments. In the meantime Cole and Van counted the registers in the house and measured windows to ensure the appropriate size AC unit that I needed so it wasn't oversized wasting money. Just as they were getting ready to leave the office called him and rearranged everything so they could install today!! Cole, Van, Andy and Jared worked to put in the right size air flow duct work on the furnace and install a new AC. This company went above and beyond to help us today. I am very grateful. I will never call anyone else for my HVAC work. Thank You Brigham Heating and Cooling. You have a GREAT crew. Your service, work, kindness and cleanup is impeccable. The only reason I know you were here is my home is cool and comfortable tonight!

I love the thorough job that Brigham Heating and Cooling does on our all our HVAC units. Cole helped us figure out what was was going on with our furnace a yr ago and this winter no problems. Today Cole and Andy did a 40 point A/C checkup and did another thorough job letting us know the couple things we need to watch for on our 16 yr old unit. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs!

A different company tried to take advantage of us. We turned to Brigham Heating and Cooling for a tune AC tuneup that not only made sense but didn’t include a whole new system. Especially since we had a rebuild a few years ago. They are reliable, considerate, and knowledgeable.

I have had issues with my A/C since we bought the house in 2015 with multiple companies telling me this is the way it's going to be with the existing system. Today Andrew and Brian came out and looked over the entire setup and gave me the news that my cooling issues could be solved and that this was a problem that could be solved, likely without and different equipment. I was expecting a large bill, but this was done as a checkup. I am looking forward to having a much cooler summer. On Monday, a day early, they came and installed a new A/C, the day is half gone and it's complete. We are feeling cold air, yea. Andew and Andy installed this system quickly and cleanly, I will call them the A-Team. Thank you.

We had a minor issue with our AC in our new house, and Brigham Heating and Cooling was extremely helpful. Brian arrived on time and inspected our system throughly. After he identified and helped me through the issue, he took the time to explain how my system worked, and he even pointed out a few other solutions that would help improve our AC system. Pricing was fair, and I never felt pushed to buy anything I didn't want. I'll definitely be using Brigham Heating and Cooling from now on!

The previous company was trying to scam me and Brian explained to me what and how they were doing this. Never have I encountered anyone willing to do this. Brian saved me thousands of dollars today. Why would I pay $10,000 to $20,000 when I can get excellent parts, service and even a new furnice from Brian for a fraction of what it would have cost. I wont go anywhere else. Give them a call. Feb. 2005 our furnace quit working. Called Brigham Heating. Their tech Greg was at our home 20 min later and diagnosed the problem. He drew diagrams and showed video to explain the nature and severity of the problem and informed us that our furnace was unsafe to operate. He went over furnace options and we selected a new model. He was very informative and we felt comfortable making a decision. Next morning Andy and the installation crew came to install the new furnace. They were very professional and efficient. They put down protective floor coverings and began the install. Several hrs. Later the heat was back on. Andy went over thermostat and furnace operation. Very pleased with every aspect of their service. Prompt service, great communication awesome crew. Would definitely recommend them.

Our furnace stopped working during 20 degree weather. Brigham Heating and Cooling came the same day we called, and when it turned out our furnace needed to be replaced, they were able to get it done the very next day. They were very pleasant and respectful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them!

Excellent service. Covered all things that needed to be addressed to our new furance. Answered questions and layout the plans that I needed to do to finish the replacenement ie call the inspector. Very easy and thorough. The crew are awesome, was thoughtful in ensure any disruption to electronica when checking the circuit breaker was backed up. Will continue to use this awesome company for our heating and cooling needs.

My furnace died on Sunday, I was able to get a tech out on Monday to diagnose the problem and by Tuesday evening I had a whole new furnace. The technician did a great job of showing me the different options, and showinf me the actual problem. Then the installers worked quickly and didn't leave a mess. You can't ask for much more than that.

Brian Simcox came out and helped us with our furnace. There was no heat and the fan was not working. They were able to get to us quickly. Brian found the problem and got the repair and tune up done right away. He also did some troubleshooting and gave us advice on how to better utilize our furnace so it runs better and heats our basement better. Very happy with their service!

Cole came out to our home today to repair a broken furnace and was PHENOMENAL!

We called this morning around opening and got on the books for a timeframe before lunch, Cole even arrived early! He performed efficient diagnostics and came to a confident conclusion and was able to solve our problem. We are SO happy to have our heat running again during this cold week!

Cole was understanding of our budget concerns, very personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and all around great.

Greg and his team (including Britt @ the office) worked over & beyond the top in a short amount of time to get a new heating system that needed to be replaced at our parents home. Greg is very knowledgeable, does his research to get you the best system, and very personable too! They did an excellent job with prepping by covering the stairs with tarp going into the basement, and cleaned up every bit of debris. I highly recommend having Brigham Heating service your HVAC in your home and/or business. Very high quality service!!

We had Cole come over for inspection on our furnace. He spent many hours cleaning it and checking it out. Come to find out we needed to replace the furnace. He went over everything with me and quoted out for a new one. It was starting to get a little chilly out. He offered to bring a couple heaters to keep us warm until they could get the new furnace installed. This was on a Monday. On Thursday we had Greg and Brian show up to install the new furnace. These guys were awesome to work with. They made sure that the red carpet was laid out to protect my floors and my rugs. Very professional and did great work. Thank you guys for your hard work. I have been a homeowner for nearly 50 years. I have had a quite a bit of experience with home repairs and maintenance.

I must say I'm extremely impressed with the service of Brigham Heating and Cooling. More specifically, their technician, Cade Spendlove is superb!! He was professional, courteous and obiously knows his trade. I'd highly recommend Brigham heating and especially Cade Spendlove.

Our air conditioner quit working in the evening, after hours. I called Brigham Heating and Cooling at 8 pm and left a VM. They called me back 20 minutes later! We used to live in Salt Lake where the normal wait time for something like this would have been 2 weeks. They sent someone out the very next day, on the July 24 holiday. Cole was amazing, fixed it quickly (while wasps were swarming around him) and he answered our many questions. We're very grateful to Cole and Brigham Heating and Cooling!

They were quick to make an appt for tomorrow and called back and said that they would have a repairman able to come out in 20 min to fix my AC.. Kade Spendlove was the tech and he did and amazing job! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you again!!

We have a bi-annual maintenance and inspection contract with Brigham Heating and Cooling. We just finished our inspection. We have been happy with our service for years. Today, felt like our technician went above and beyond. He was friendly and knowledgeable and extremely thorough. We hope Cole will be our regular tech. He is great!

Communications with the office was great: quick response, assessment, options and follow up. Technician Kyler deserves special recognition for his great attitude, professionalism, friendliness and knowledge. Young in comparison to myself but very mature and wise beyond his years. I would definitely recommend and utilize their services again!

Andy came and tuned up our 2 furnaces today. I was notified when he would be arriving. He was clean-cut, polite, very knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. He explained everything when he was done and asked if I had questions. I was very impressed with his work and his demeanor. As a sidenote: our AC went out right after we got home from a vacation a week ago and Brigham Heating and Cooling answered my call right away (on a Saturday) and had a technician here very quickly who fixed the problem promptly. Their prices are reasonable. They never pressure me to buy a new system—just honest about what they find. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!
