This guy's r really bad at paying their subcontractors or workers n they make all profit cuz they don't pay to them so they are on look for new people and New subs cuz they only do one or two jobs cuz this guys end up not paying so that is y they offer good service to the costumers cuz is all profit for them cuz they don't pay to people ho do the work and am one of them

The lack of professionalism is amazing with this company, they should have the courtesy to at least return my calls or text messages. After making an appointment , I stayed home all afternoon and no one showed up, no call back..nothing. I tried texting and they told me the same thing, I waited and not a single call back or text back.

By the way..I texted my info as requested, name, address, phone and email address and nothing. They should hire an office person that can help out with appointments etc.

In 2022, I hired Christensen Stucco and Exteriors to repair major water damage to our 27 year old stucco. The water damage was significant. It had infiltrated the stud walls and plywood. The rehab was a major undertaking. At the completion of the project, the stucco looked better than new. This year, 2023, I hired Dallas and his team to come back and do a complete remodel of our exterior. As of this posting today, 10 neighbors have stopped to tell me things like, “Your house is beautiful! We love it! It looks like a completely new place!”

Dallas is a person with old school values who takes great pride in his work, and brings modern ideas to everything he does. We worked very well together, blending my ideas with his. I really appreciate the way he treats and pays his workers, too.

Called for some advice and repair of damaged stucco caused by a plumber working on our home. Dallas answered my call while out on vacation and was able to give me an estimate to get the repair done. I appreciated his quick responses and clear communication of the work that would be required. The price seems fair considering the work required.

I contracted with Christensen Stucco & Exteriors to replace my stucco on my house. I highly recommend them for anyone and I will keep their number for any future housing projects needed. It started with Dallas (owner). He was professional and made sure I understand everything that will be done. I respected him telling me that he will not do a half fast job. He will only doing it the right way to ensure the stucco last. He was even nice with my stupid questions. The project was completed within 2 weeks of the signed contract and I could not of asked for a better job. The staff was very nice and such hardworkers. I do not believe they ever stopped

Terrible experience with Dallas . Things were great until we asked questions about not doing the full 10k + job that he later told us wasn’t the “best way to do it but he still would “ we asked if we had any options that wouldn’t cost as much and he lost it. My wife and I were cursed out and yelled at for 30 minutes while trying to get our money we paid him for the quote because he stated he wouldn’t work with “People like us”

In todays insane market , getting contractors to even give you a call back during business hours is a hope and a prayer. Dallas with Christensen stucco not only called me back , but did so after hours! Briefly talking with him I knew he knew his stucco and answered my questions! The job got done in a timely manner and excited to have a home no more cracks ! Quality work , super responsive !

Gave them a call to get a ballpark figure on redoing the exterior of a home I'm trying to buy. Called me back within 30 minutes of my message and was very informative!

This business scheduled an appointment with me TWICE and no showed TWICE. The second time he wouldn't even answer my calls. I took off work both times to make this appointment. So basically I lost approximately 100$ for this guy to never even show up. Thanks a ton, dude.

I really, really wanted to like this company. Most of the reviews were so glowing, and many mentioned how responsive the owner was, which is something I highly value but rarely find in contractors. Turns out, I didn't find it here either.

I first sent an email requesting information. I never received a response, so I got the information elsewhere. I still wanted to use Christensen Exteriors because of all the rave reviews, so when I was ready to get a quote for my (quite large) project I called and left a message. Within 20 minutes Dallas returned my call. He seemed excited about the job and getting me a quote, and told me to text him my info and he'd get back to me about when he could come out, but that was the last time I heard from him. Two texts and another call and voicemail over the next 3 days all went unanswered. This was not the "best customer service possible" I had come to expect based on the statements on their website, the reviews, and the owner's replies to said reviews. Such a disappointing experience.

Helped me on the phone to make decisions on what to do on my stucco. He answered every question with nalagable information. Would definitely recommend them.

Dallas got me a quote in a timely manor. I have not done the work yet but his experience in fixing my stucco was valuable.

Dallas was very nice to work with, and the stucco job came out beautiful. Workmanship was top notch. Chimney top was better than I thought it would be. All his workers were courteous and professional. Dallas always returned my calls/texts the same day. I would without hesitation recommend him, and use him again for future construction projects.

Dallas has been responsive and helpful throughout our remodel. We were a small job for him but he treated us as if we were his first priority. He’s gone above and beyond to help us fix issues that have arisen to our satisfaction. We couldn’t be more pleased with the work Dallas and his crew did for us. We had major stucco issues exasperated by water damage.
They had to rip three chimneys and the front of our home all the way to the wood sheeting and replace. The stucco color and the pattern match perfectly! Miguel and his guys were amazing. On time everyday and worked their guts out even while it was snowing. I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality work done. Thanks guys!

Dallas was super helpful in explaining to me how I can attach tiles to stucco. He didn't expect anything, just helped me out of the kindness of his heart. He was also transparent about the price of stuccoing my entire house. I will likely enlist their services in the future when I decide to do that.

We just remodeled a 90s rambler - it was exactly what you would expect, super dated with a wainscot of brick and wormy stucco. I had a vision of what I wanted - an all stucco house that looked like a modern cottage with a smooth plaster finish exterior. But I had no idea of how to achieve it. I spoke with several exterior remodeling companies but I picked Dallas with Christensen Exteriors. He was the only one who clearly both understood my vision and knew how to help me achieve it. The first time he came out he told me exactly what we needed to do, gave me a timeline and a date he could start. And he was there on the start date we agreed on. There were some surprise design issues (as there always are during a remodel) and Dallas came up with a great way to address every single one of them.

When I told neighbors we were doing an all stucco exterior on our remodel I could see they doubted the vision and were picturing a 90s stucco throwback. But Dallas achieved a perfect plaster look on the stucco - people drive by and comment on how beautiful it is all the time.

Dallas was awesome to work with, he answered his phone on the first ring and was very professional. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgable about what needed to happen with my stucco repair. I will definitely be using him in the future for any other stucco work I need done.

I submitted a request on their website for 'request a quote' and never heard back. Waited a few weeks and called, spoke to someone named Dallas who recommended I text a picture and they would let me know and get back to me, and never got back to me. Guess they don't need any business.

Was more than willing to do an inspection, seemed extremely knowledgeable and was willing to do the repair work until the house sale fell through. Then became unresponsive and would not send the invoice so I could be reimbursed. Two weeks later and several text messages and still no invoice.

Dallas was great to work with. He showed up on time, took the time to explain everything and was simply made the process easy. Would work with him anytime.

Dallas and his workers just completed a medium-sized stucco resurfacing job at my house. Here is my review.

1. I found Christensen Stucco online and was certainly impressed by the reviews I saw. However, I was concerned that the reviews almost appeared too good to be true. The #1 takeaway from my review is that I had a similar, wonderful experience - as described in so many reviews, and I will add my story to the list. Yes, they really are that good, honest, and professional, and go the extra mile to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.

2. Within about 1 minute after Dallas began looking at the small cracks that had appeared in a few locations, he had correctly assessed the cause, and shortly thereafter came up with a reasonable plan to address it and completely fix the problem, not just a temporary "patch" job. Work started within a couple days.

3. The actual work was done by Stan - a stucco expert with 30 years experience. What a master! How they so perfectly matched the color and texture of the existing unpainted stucco I can't quite comprehend.

4. There were some small issues that arose in the clean-up process. However, again, Dallas and Stan stood by their word, displayed the utmost integrity, and bent over backwards to make everything right.

5. Since the work was completed, several housing-related professionals have been at my house for other reasons, and to a person - marveled at how great the new stucco looked. I wholeheartedly concur!

6. If I ever have any stucco work again, I wouldn't even think about calling anybody else. Christensen Stucco is the best.

Dallas and his team do amazing work. My 80 year old home looks like new and I could not be happier. Not only is the work top notch but Dallas is just a great guy. I was a huge pain in the butt customer. In the middle of the job I decided to get new windows and put 5 weeks of down time in to his schedule. He didn’t complain. He was a pro and came to cut back the work he had already done and made it so I could get it done. The finished product is absolutely amazing. Do not even think of calling anyone else. Dallas is THE MAN!

It is now a year later and I still get thrilled when I see my house. There are no cracks, it still looks perfect and I still get compliments. Just an amazing job.

You got to LOVE a contractor who RETURNS phone calls!!! Dallas not only returned my call the same day he also set up an appointment to look at my stucco the next day. Three other contractors have yet to return my call. Dallas in no way pressured me for business. We discussed the leak I have and that it might be coming from my roof and not the stucco. Now that's honesty!!! He also offered to have a roofer get in touch with me.

Christensen stucco completed a small patch job on our older Avenues home and did a great job! Excellent work, very fast, and affordable! We will surely hire them again when we replace the siding on the whole structure.

Dallas Christensen is very professional and experienced in custom stucco application. When we contacted him about renovating a 20+ year old community entrance statement, he meet with us the next day and provided a proposal. The orginal structure was painted brick with cement caps. Dallas explained his vision of how he would create an updated, current entrance utilizing the old structure and improving the look with stucco.
The new entrance is beautiful and I am very proud to drive through the entry every day. Thanks so much

During the inspection of a home we were buying, stucco was listed by the inspector as a potential problem. I called several stucco/exterior specialists and Dallas was able to quickly answer my questions and drive out to the house and evaluate the condition of the stucco exterior. Within 24 hours I had a written report and a quote for future touchups. He was honest in revealing that the house did not need any repairs at this time and the visible cracks were very small and minor. He thoroughly explained the repair process and affirmed that it was optional and cosmetic. I would not hesitate to use call him if I needed repairs.

After changing sizes and locations of windows and outside doors we had a lot of stucco patching left to do. Dallas and his guys are experts at getting this back to looking new. Great job in matching colors too.

We had stucco done by a previous Company and they did an awful job. The work was not done properly, and they were not honest about the cost of the work and charged us much more than they should have. Dallas was very quick to help us with the dispute, he went out and was able to let us know exactly what needed to be done, and how much it would cost. He was very honest, and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. They are awesome!

I was unhappy with a previous stucco company and Dallas quickly came out, evaluated the work, and made some helpful suggestions for me in my conversation with the 1st company. While he didn't do any "work" for me, I'm giving him 5 stars for his quick response and willingness to help!
