Choice Contracting went above and beyond with my new roof installation. Jacob and Devin stayed in touch throughout the entire process, and the crew that put the new roof on, did an excellent job and cleanup. I cannot recommend their services enough! They are courteous, prompt, and very professional. It was a pleasure doing business with these gentlemen.

Within a week we received our estimate, and the Roof is already finished. Jacob & Devin were knowledgeable at our estimate and very very professional. They came with a folder showing their business/insurance certifications.
We will also be getting our fascia/gutters installed and I’m sure it will look just as great as this roof does!
The roof also comes with some awesome warranties.
I don’t think we could have picked a better company. Especially coming into this blind as we just moved from Illinois.
I also want to point out the awesome clean up job they did once the roof was done. THANK YOU very much to Jacob, Devin, and their crew. Awesome awesome people!!

Instead of calling to gain knowledge on the issue at hand, and try to resolve the issue; the guy wants to call me and ask why a negative review was left on Google because that affects his children. When I called for a consultation, I informed them of what type of material that I had. If they couldn’t do the job, they shouldn’t have scheduled an appointment. Not only are your kids affected, other kids are too. But, this is a business. Understanding that you work to provide for your family, but if you want to provide the best for your family, then do your best at your profession and communication. You can’t give bad service and still expect a positive feedback. Calling me just to start an argument is definitely unethical. I’m sure I’ll be getting a phone call about this review as well, and when I do, it’ll be my husband to answer the phone.
