SAME DAY SERVICE FOR MY AC UNIT .. ADAM & MITCH EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AS THEY WORKED ON THE UNIT. GOT IT UP AND RUNNING PERFECTLY IN SHORT ORDER.. THEY WERRE VERY HONEST ABOUT WHAT I NEEDED DONE FOR A REASONABLE PRICE (INSTEAD OF TELLING ME THE ISSUSE COULD NOT BE RESOLVED AND I NEEDED A NEW UNIT COSTING THOUSANDS - LIKE ANOTHER SO CALLED REPUTABLE DEALER DID).......SAVED ME A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY AS WELL AS AN EDUCATION ABOUT MY UNIT. ALSO I WAS VERY COMFORTABLE HAVING THESE GUYS AT MY HOME AND ENJOYED THE EXPERIENCE.... AND ONCE AGAIN MY HOME IS NICE AND COOL AND COMFORTABLE AS IT SHOULD BE WITH CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. Called Chipps Residential due to a plumbing issue after buying our first home. They were able to fit us into their schedule and came out the same day we called. Inspected the issue, worked with our home warranty and fixed the problem right then, very quickly too. The guys were knowledgeable, friendly and had no problems answering our questions. We will definitely be using them for any future issues we might have!!

I can't thank CRS enough. They have got me out of a jam on more than one occasion. Today I discovered a serious water line break under my house. I made the call to CRS and two men were there in a matter of minutes. Only took them about 15 minutes to fix the leak. I thank the men for their speedy response and their kindness. I highly recommend CRS. Great family owned business.

The plumbers sent were very efficient and pleasant. We needed to have our gas line updated to update our meter. They arrived on time and relit our appliances. They were also reasonably priced.

What can I say about CRS? They’re absolutely amazing. I felt so comfortable with them in my home and confident in their skills. We have a tankless water system. We had three plumbers in our home first. Let me tell you, that was a headache and a waste of time. CJ came in and almost immediately knew what was wrong. He had no problem fixing it and he fixed a couple other problems also. He was absolutely amazing and very fair with their pricing. I know who I’ll call first the next time we have a problem. Thanks guys. :)

Chipps gets a definite 5 stars from me. It was quick to get an appointment. The Techs I had did a very thorough job looking for leaks in my AC unit and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Very professional! I will definitely use them again in the future!

I am writing to share my excellent experience with CRS.

I contacted CRS on a Monday due to a leaking hot water tank, and they promptly scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. On the day of the appointment, I received a text confirming that two technicians would arrive between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. True to their word, they arrived precisely at 1:00 PM.

The technicians quickly assessed my hot water tank, provided a clear price for a new unit, and then left to retrieve it. They returned in less than an hour and efficiently installed the new tank.

My experience with CRS was everything I hope for when dealing with any kind of work being done on my house. CRS will definitely be my first call for any future needs!

It was so nice to have a company keep their word! They showed up on the day and time they said they would! Very pleasant! Would recommend them to anyone!

The guys were right on time, friendly, polite and patient with all my questions. They got right to work, fixed the problem and double checked everything - and when an additional problem came up as they were leaving, they fixed that too. I would recommend this crew for anything plumbing and electrical.

Words can’t describe how grateful I am for these guys. I had a clog on a holiday weekend right after hosting a party and I had no choice but to contact a plumber not only was it a Sunday, but it was in the evening on a holiday weekend and they showed Super fast and it took him quite a few hours they had to run a camera, jet the line and install a clean out because I didn’t have one and they were still cheaper than The guy that the Point Marion borough made me use once Because it was their contractor that guy charged me almost double for 15 minutes of camera use than what these guys charged for a few hours of camera use running a jet and installing parts to my plumbing line. And they were really really likable people the type of people you can trust in your home. I rarely do reviews, but these guys deserved it.

The Chipps team was great they showed up on the date they scheduled with me. The technicians completed there work in just 3 days. All duct work and electrical work was ran neatly. Also the pricing was fair. I would recommend these guys to do any HVAC work needed.

Shane and mitch were great. They came out, found problem, got me a price and did the work same day. Highly recommend them for septic issues. Worth every penny.

Quick to show up for estimate under 24 hours! Once we accepted pricing, there within 24 hours and job complete in that day. 2 other companies were suppose to come estimate the job and never showed up!! Chipps will get raving reviews from me!!

This is the second time that we have had CRS do plumbing repairs at my mom's. They are always nice, friendly, prompt, do great work, and reasonably priced! They have become our first choice for home repairs. I highly recommend them!

Chipps has been great. They always come out same day to diagonse and fix on the spot if they have the parts on hand. They are always polite and professional. The only thing I can ding them on is not having parts in stock but that's really it. And with that they get the part or a temporary part asap and it's greatly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend CRS.

We have used Chipps twice for plumbing services. Our experience with them is, they are professional, they take great pride in their work, they stand behind their work, and they want to make the customer happy. They are who we will call for plumbing and electrical issues in the future.

We had water pressure issues, and called several plumbers for estimates. Chipps came out and told us what options we had and what steps they would take to fix the problem. They gave us a reasonable estimates for what each step may cost. Some of the other plumbers we had came out just wanted to do the most expensive option. They fixed the issue right away.

Second time was to install plumbing for a new bathroom vanity. It was installed, but the plumber (no longer an employee) they sent out cut a few corners and it eventually developed a leak. We called them and they came over a few days later to look. CJ gave us two options, he could fix what was done or for a nominal charge do it right. We chose to just fix it. But, to our surprise, he decide to fix it right without additional charges. He spent several hours and brought out some excellent help, Shane and Hayden. They even came back on a Saturday to finish up.

They were absolutely fantastic! Showed care and concern for my issue, very fast and efficient. Will most definitely use their services again if any other issues arise.

I called in the morning. They were there in the afternoon. They fixed the furnace. It was a very easy experience. Thank you.

Had a leak from the waste line of my toilet. Came the next day and it was fixed in an hour.

The men working were kind and respectful. Job complete. The price to fix a plugged toilet seemed a bit much, it could be that's the current price???

I received excellent service and Tech went beyond what he needed to do. Checks my carbon monoxide levels and detector to make sure it was working properly.

The plumbers were amazing, they fixed a lot of pipes that broke due to a cold snap. They were friendly and knew their stuff well. Amazing service, highly reccomend.

Toilet replaced. Reasonable pricing. Crew show on schedule. Professional and courteous. Tank had a hairline crack, hard to see, causing small drip. Took a couple of visits to find it. Replaced tank which fixed drip. I was happy with response to tank defect. I would recommend them for repair service.

I contacted Chipps Residential Service, LLC to replace my chimney pipe for my fuel oil furnace. I got the estimate, they set an installation date for a triple wall stainless steel chimney. The guys that came for the tear down and install, Jeremy and Adam, were very polite and the work was complete without issue. They went above and beyond. Cleaned up during and afterwards. This is my second time using CRS, LLC. I had a prior service for a septic line main put in a few years ago which lead me back to them. I will be contacting them again for future electrical projects and furnace/air conditioner tune ups.

We appreciated the work they did for us, and for explaining what work was done, and why it was done. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We will use them again in the future.

Extremely prompt service, very considerate, and efficient at cleaning the clog, and also fixing a previously poorly repaired crack in the drain pipe. I would highly recommend

Do not recommend these people at all. First , they couldn't even get the clog , let alone figure what was going on.I kept trying to call to speak with the owner and would never get calls back. They are NOT for the paying customers.NEVER again will I deal with these people.They charged me $325 for something they said was fixed and most definitely wasn't. They didn't even bother to figure out what the problem was. His words because the tenant was causing issues he didn't want involved but didn't mind lying and taking my money which I did pay. I got a new plumber thay was more than awesome and completely helped figure out the problem and even put it in writing. One call plumbing i would recommend to everyone.

I'm a repeat customer and continue to be met with great service. Most recently I had an emergency situation where Chipps responded quickly to diagnose the situation, and equally fast, expedited a repair the following day.

Maintenance on my whole house air conditioning & mini split system . Very nice gentlemen , professional & they did their job quickly . Best pricing around. Would highly recommend their service.

Great family owned and operated company. Couldn’t ask for more professional experience. Two gentlemen showed up at my house and replaced our kitchen sink faucet that snapped off. The job was done quickly and everything was cleaned up and ready to go when they were done. Would recommend them again and again.

We have used Chipps Residential Services for plumbing, heating system installation & maintenance. They always come through. As Spring approached it was time to get the air-conditioning systems a check up. Harry came out and took care of all 5 unites. They were cleaned and serviced. We are ready to go for the summer. Harry was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend the company without hesitation.

Matt and his crew take pride in their work. They are quick to respond and don’t leave until the job is done right! All of the technicians are knowledgeable and considerate. They are my go-to company!

The team at Chipps (Matt, specifically) was great to work with! Very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. Our furnace died and he came out on a Sunday to assess the situation. He got the old furnace working again on an interim basis and once the propane tanks were installed outside, he was back promptly to install a new, much more efficient propane furnace (switched from oil). The quality/professionalism of the work was tremendous. I even had Matt and the team do a few other small jobs while they were there. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Thank you Matt and the Chipps team!

(UPDATE) - there ended up being an issue with the electric going to the furnace. Matt and team camp out several times at no charge to assess the issue and fix the problem. I remain thrilled with the service and reliability!!

(2nd update) - 2 years later the blower motor on the furnace died. The boys were quick to be back out to the house and get it taken care of, again at no charge! While they were there I had them do some electrical stuff that I’d been trying to get around to. Quick, easy, affordable and easy to business with! Would definitely recommend!

I woke up Monday, no hot water! Basement flooded, coming out of the hot water heater. I called CRS at 7:15 and my call was returned at 7:45. They were at my house at 9:45 with a new hot water heater. AMAZING!! Thank you
