I was looking at buying a large quantity of a product over the phone and having it shipped. Tommy and Corey were excellent to deal with. After purchasing, they sent pictures of all the products and even pointed out deficiencies that the noted. It turned out that the their product did not meet my expectations and they easily allowed me to refund my purchase. A more honest and pleasant business would be difficult to find. 5 star service

Went looking for a dryer today at Chilliwack new & used and was blown away with the service! Great attitudes from everyone, and very helpful. One employee pulled out a dryer for me and carted it to a 220 v plug-in to test it and when I didn't like the vibration this one had, he brought over another one to check out no problem. I got a great price on it and when I came back to pick it up, I'd barely opened my door and someone else was offering to help me load it up! I've always had a good experience here and highly recommend it!

We are looking for an odd size door and is able to find a used one at fraction cost of a new one.

The staff is both friendly and helpful in showing us the sections they have…and even offers to make slight modifications if necessary.

Ive been here many times throughout the years.Ive had to replace my aluminium doors. They have a wide variety of new doors and used.Much cheaper in cost compared to the local home improvement retail companies. They also carry windows, used kitchen cabinets, etc.Look them up.You're be happy you did.

There are certainly "deals" to be had on items that might otherwise have gone to landfill. The caveat is that you need to be sure that all the bits and pieces that you would expect to be present are, and beware of hidden issues. It is easy to waste your time trying to save money but pay more to someone to install the "great deal", only to find out that pieces missing or compromised in some way. Staff will smile and gladly sell you items with the knowledge that pieces are missing or mismatched and if you don't know that you only have your own ignorance to blame.

Would not use this company again, Ordered two door inserts that I ws told would take two and a half weeks to get in . It is now close to four weeks and I still do ot have them . I phoned the place during their hours of operation and there was no one there. I tried the next day and spoke to someone. They cannot track down the invoice not very professional to say the least. Thinking this is some kind of scam .

Some of their used stuff I find a little expensive for what it is. The door shop on the other hand is awesome and the best deal in town. They banged out a door order for me in just a few days when everyone else was going to take 3-4 weeks.

Nice place but simply obnoxious on returns.

Doors are around 150$ so just go to homedepot and buy one for 150.

I really used to love this place for cabinets and bargain hunting, but now they sell kitchen sets for like $3-5k. There is no large sets of tiles. Gone are the days of good deals unless you would like a used toilet. If you would like a toilet, you can get a green one from 1950 for $25.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
