They are truly the best! They guided us from fire to reoccupying our home with dignity and great care. The team is careful and considerate with your belongings and your feelings through the process from loss to recovery to restoration. Truly remarkable customer service at every turn. As I conversed with others who endured loss like we did I could see how extraordinary their service and dedication are to their customer. They uphold not only the highest of standards in all aspects of their business but they go above and beyond to help you through an awful ordeal. I wouldn't recommend anybody else. While the guys were at my house, I needed to leave and they were so knowledgeable about the payment process and just absolutely easy to work with!! The carpets looked great! Dan was so helpful in walking me through my mold situation. He’s an honest guy who really does want the best for people. He spent a lot of his time helping me make some hard decisions and if it made sense to fix our mold problem in our 1940’s house I would absolutely trust his company to do the work!

Great service! We've had our air ducts cleaned a few times with Chavez and have always been happy with their services. They're punctual, kind and do a great job!

The technicians that came were prompt, professional and friendly. They worked very well together and had the job done quickly. We have always used Chavez for our carpet cleaning due to our dogs, grandchildren including a toilet leak that occurred while we were on vacation. They do an excellent job and the pricing is very reasonable. Their employees are very professional and have always been on time for the appointments. We will continue to use Chavez for our carpet cleaning needs.
P.S. Our carpet is 10 years old and still looks as good as it did the day we had it installed.

Chavez had a crew onsite 2 hours after our call for services. Easy to work with. Crew foreman kept in contact every step of way, making sure that we understood what they were doing and why. We would not hesitate to call them when the need arises again.

Called them the day after my sump pump went out and flooded my basement,they were at my house by 10:30. Did a tremendous job.

I recently sold a house that needed a professional deep cleaning. Due to the health of the owner, it was in pretty bad shape. Chavez did a great job of deep cleaning the house and getting it ready for the painters to finish the job.

Biggest rain of the year and they tell me to call who ever did are restoration for are carpet cleaning. Knowing I was a business with mold growing. Would not bid till week after rain storm. Could not believe it when I always hear call Chavez well will never ever call again

Don't waste your time...they will waste yours. I called to get my ducts cleaned out. Matthew came out to see my house and gave me an estimate...then I never heard from him again! He was supposed to call me later that day or the next to set up the actual appointment. I gave him a week and left a voice message...still nothing! He did say he was their only estimator (aside from the boss), and would be doing the duct cleaning himself and one other guy. He said they were busy, but that's no excuse for ignoring new clients...that's just bad business.

We used their services to clean our carpet . They were very professional and prompt. Would recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

I'm so glad that I chose Chavez Restoration when my basement recently flooded. They're great people to have taking care of you in an emergency situation. After phoning them about my flooded basement they arrived at my house within an hour and immediately put my mind at ease. If I could go back in time to choose them for my restoration project, I would. Dan was extremely knowledgable and encouraging when discussing our current situation with another restoration company and, while we were unable to switch due to insurance, he still assisted us with a few smaller things and 2 large antique sconces, which they cleaned beautifully. Thank you so much for your patience, support, and willingness to help, after everything we've been dealing with, it was a breath of fresh air, to feel like someone was on our side and not just out to dig into our pockets.

I had a fantastic experience using Chavez for mold and cigarette smoke issues, and I have a family friend who used them for fire damage. You cannot go wrong using Chavez for your difficult job.
