I hired Charis Inspection Services because I am selling my home and wanted to go into that process with "eyes wide open." Anjali spent nearly 3hrs going through our house: crawl space, attic, roof, wiring and plumbing. Her report provided a detailed list of deficiencies, with photos, relative to code. It was immensely helpful and made it possible for us to provide potential buyers with before and after photos showing what we had to do to address deficiencies.

Great service. Careful and complete inspection. Would definitely use again. Did a pre-listing inspection for us (as the sellers) so that we could take care of any needed items that might show up on a buyer's inspection. We fixed the few items with recommendations and when it was inspected later by buyer's inspector, there were no issues! Very happy.
