Chardani Roofing is by far a superior roofing company. Not only are they a family owned local company in Palm Coast but after obtaining 14..yes..14 quotes..they were the best priced, most honest company out of all of them. My roof is of exceptional quality Owens Corning architectural shingles. I have had neighbors come by to ask who did my beautiful roof! Now that's a true compliment! Daniel & Alicia are great communicators, always get right back to you immediately. They do honest work and they work hard to make sure your roof is done correctly, with permits etc. I am a Realtor® I recommend them to all of my clients that need a new roof or any roofing repairs because they treat my clients the way I treat my clients, with outstanding customer service!! If your not happy they are not happy. They go the extra mile and are usually referred by clients like me that value honesty, communication and a fair price. They are very busy because they are the BEST! I got quoted 18,000 - 40,000 for the same roof by other roofing companies...Not all roofing companies care & many are simply overpriced to the point where I question their business practices! We recently had our roof replaced by Chardani Roofing and they did an exceptional job. Daniel and his team were very professional and took great care in the removal and installation of our tile roof. Started every day early in the morning and worked late into the day. Also, they responded timely to any of our concerns. I would highly recommend them for any roof work.

We had used Chardani for some minor repairs after hurricane Irma. After Milton caused damage to our roof again, the appraiser said we needed to replace the entire roof, so we didn’t hesitate to call Chardani. Got a very reasonable estimate and soon were working with Alicia and Daniel to schedule as quickly as possible given the busy post-Milton timeframe. Work was completed in one day, and our new roof is beautiful. Daniel’s foreman and crew were pleasant, efficient and cleaned up the property very well. Communication with Alicia was easy for me, mostly by texts which were answered promptly. Terrific people and a great experience. I’ve already referred neighbors to this 5-star company.

I recently got my entire roof replaced by Chardani Roofing on my 2 story home. In 12/2024.
I am not the type of person who usually writes up reviews but for Chardani, they totally deserve a review.
They went above and beyond to please me. I am located in the L section of Palm Coast and had terrible roof damage from Hurricane Milton.
They knew this was the first time i have personally been through a roof replacement, they were extremely patient, transparent, and extremely helpful with me throughout the entire process.
I made the mistake of parking one of my vehicles too close to the house, on the yard, and the car ended up getting 2 unfixable flat tires due to nails.
Chardani without any argument deducted the cost of the tires from the bill. No hassle and no fuss.
The roof came out really nice! Took only 3 days to complete.
I must have had at least 2 different companies per week, for months, ringing my bell soliciting a roof replacement. Although i do have a no soliciting sign up.
For Chardani, i called and they showed up the very next day. And throughout the process they have immediately replied to my texts (which i prefer over voice). Great communication!
I am extremely happy i chose Chardani for my roof replacement considering the plethora of options for roofing companies.
Last but not least, the cost was better than any of the other handful of roofing companies which gave me quotes.
Some quotes were literally thousands of dollars more than Chardani quoted me, for exactly the same thing. And when i mentioned it to those other roofing companies (which i won't name) they said they can price match.
Why match after you tried to overcharge me to begin with? Nope.
Chardani did not do that to me, they were honest with me from the start to the finish.
1000% i recommend giving them a chance if you are looking for this type of work on your house.

I called Chardani roofing on Friday, the day after Milton passed by and they said that someone will be at my house on Tuesday. Geraldo showed up on Tuesday right on scheduled and promised that they will have it repaired soon. They came back the following Monday, October 21 and repaired my roof. Even though my warranty had expired, they still repaired my roof at no cost since the damage was very minimal. I will recommend Chardani roofing to anyone. They are kind, helpful, responsive and concerned about your care and needs. Great company and excellent workers.

We called Chardani Roofing for a roof repair that we discovered on our 2 year old home. It turns out, we didn’t need a repair at all. Daniel is so honest and he took the time to inspect our entire roof. We actually had some minor damage to part of a shingle which Daniel repaired for us (we have some extra roof shingles) for a nominal cost. The communication and response time was exceptional. We plan on having our roof inspected every two years with Chardani Roofing. Daniel came highly recommended by our home inspection company. We will be doing the same with anyone asking for a great roofing company.

First off. When you call them, they call you back! Second. When they make an appointment, they show up! Third. When we had a small issue, no problem be right out, and they did! My point is they do what you exspect from a company! Highly recommend!

I had a small leak in my garage roof where it meets the house. Other roofing companies failed to even show up for scheduled appointments or gave $1200 estimates without even getting on the roof. Dan came out got on the roof, in the attic , explained the leak and then fixed it for NO CHARGE From the time I called and spoke to Alisha to meeting Dan was a great experience. Dan is professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He also walked my whole roof to make sure thete weren't any other issues. They were very thorough in explaining to us what they would do and how. They gave us many choices of colors and addresses in town where we could go by and look at them on houses! It was very helpful in making our final choice.

They arrived on time and set up everything even though we were not home to make our initial payment. When we arrived home, the crew was cleaning up for the day and let us know they would be back the next morning. They worked efficiently and quickly and the roof was done in 2 days! They cleaned up as well as they could (we have an open pool which made it a little harder to keep nails out of the bottom) by hand and also with magnets numerous times.

I was in need of a quick turn around due to my insurance company and they we able to get me scheduled and complete the roof to accommodate my timing. Dan came out for a free roof inspection. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me the roof was in good condition and had about 5 more years - an honest roofer! He did notice a few shingles that needed nailing/gluing down. After receiving the estimate I requested the repair work be done. There were some delays which became frustrating which I communicated to them via email. He recently came out 5pm to do the work and apologized for not keeping in touch but delays do to rain, especially for people who had leaks, took priority. I appreciated his honesty and would use Chardani again.

Chardani Roofing provided a thorough assessment of our roofing repair needs. Once the work began they uncovered the real reason for the roof leaking was caused by lack of appropriate flashing used by builder. He referred us back to our builder to ensure the builder resolved at no cost to us, understanding this would be a lost job for them. The honesty and integrity of Chardani Roofing was so refreshing.
