As a property manager and house flipper, keeping costs low without sacrificing quality is key for us. Very impressed with their craftsmanship, quality products, but more so how efficient they are! They get it done fast and on budget every time.

Let me say first that the craftsmanship of the work they do is generally top-notch. Unfortunately, the same pattern has happened each of the two times we have had the same issue (leaking) with our roof. It goes something like this:

1) I call to say, “Our roof is leaking, we could sure use your help to figure out why and to fix it.” On the first call each time I have spoken to someone who tells me they can get someone out in a day or two to take care of it.

2) Over a week goes by without us hearing back from anyone. Often, as is the case this time, more water leaks into our house during this period of being ignored. This is the step we are currently stuck on in our second attempt this week to seek help for what seems to be the same problem that we had two years ago.

3) At some point later, I receive a call from someone saying either, “Oh, we already came out to fix it” (it wasn’t fixed) or “Not sure how this slipped through the cracks, we’ll get someone out soon” (i.e., more days of leaking roof).

I understand that taking care of a roof that is under lifetime warranty isn’t as exciting or profitable as a new roof but it feels pretty bad to not be able to trust someone who tells us, “we will get someone out there tomorrow (Friday) or, at the latest, Monday, to take care of your leaking roof.”

*Update on 6-15* Heard back, they are sending someone tomorrow to get it resolved. Will update/finalize the review after the issue is successfully resolved.
