Zach was our factory rep, who came to our home and did initial measurements, along with price quote. He also did a thorough job of explaining warranty, window manufacturing process, timing of installation, etc. Windows are top quality and look great!

I highly recommend Champion Windows. They put a bay window in for me several years ago. Probably 13 years or so. I had problems with the window leaking and Jacob came out and assessed the problem. It was his opinion that the window needed replaced and Champion Window did exactly that. After the window was replace and spring came around one side was not opening. I called and they set up an appointment and once again Jacob came out and resolved the issue. Jacob was on time and was very pleasant to work with. GREAT company with extremely knowledgeable service technicians!

Dave was so personable. Friendly, detailed and answered my many, MANY questions. So knowledgeable and patient with me. Did not make me feel dumb even when I asked some dumb ones. Thank you Dave!

We have a big house and replaced windows on back of house with custom made windows a few years ago. Service was great and the windows looked great. A few years later realized we could not remove the screens in the double hung windows and they wanted to charge us a service call to come out and check them. Ended up going to the Home and Garden show and asked for a rep to come out and look at the screens and if they were able to remove the screens we might order more windows for the front. They were able to assist us and we ordered more windows! Will have another round for the upstairs in a few more years so if all goes well we will order even more.

We had a great experience with Dave Strydom from Champion. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. We liked all the options that he gave us and especially when he explained the warranty which was very impressive.

I purchased the windows (not installed yet) and purchase went well. Their pricing, while simple, is not cost competitive on smaller windows.

Dawid did an amazing job working with us to see which windows and prices we can afford and work best with our house.

Research the company first! Read the reviews! I had them replace my windows. I placed the order in May of 2022. I knew they were several months out on production. I got a call saying they were in and ready to install and then they informed me they had all but one window?! It took several weeks to locate the window and to schedule an appointment to install all of the windows. They showed up to install and my large picture window (actually two windows) was not made in order to support the weight. That took another few months (rush?!) of production. When the window came in and they finished installing, they asked for payment in full. The window did not have the correct divides, it should have been 25,50,25 to match to lower window. So back to production for the 3rd time. To make a long story short. I made several calls and realized that the departments lack good communication between them. I never had a good contact for questions on the process. I received an email that said not to call they would contact me. It was over a year before my last window was installed correctly. I just received the screens for that window yesterday on October 2023 (nearly a year and a half), which is the same day they called for payment in full. I asked about some kind of discount and they said it is not their policy to give a discount after the process, the only discount they give is the one at the initial contract signing. They get two stars because the windows look great, the installers did an wonderful job and because of my lack of knowledge when hiring a window replacement company. Live and learn.

Zachary was very timely and understanding dealing with my rowdy bunch. The info and demo were the selling point and he was patient and worked with me on pricing. I would absolutely recommend!!

I can only respond to this survey regarding the sales process and not about the rest of the process or product. The salesperson was prompt, professional and easy to work with. When we asked a question he didn't know the answer to he called someone who did.

Thus whole experience has been terrible. The door was late and the installers set up times and didnt show. Then they installed a door very poorly and scratched it all up and left. Champion came out confirmed we would need a whole new door and 3 months later we have no communication on when the door will be here or anything regarding all the trouble this has been for us.

Dawid took great care of us! He showed us everything about the windows and explained all the features very well. He was very personable. Highly recommend!!

Nope, don't do it. I don't write poor reviews, things happen I get it, but this company has been nothing but issues for us. I was warned not use them, but didn't follow the advise. Multiple issues since orderering. I've had 4 major issues, at first it seemed that they would work themselves out with some compromise, but their contract locks you in when you've finally had enough. Talking to the same person twice is nearly impossible and no one ever seems to know what you're talking about. It took 8 months to get them installed do to issues I won't even get started with. It's now been 13 months since putting in my order for windows, and I still have a "new" broken window installed. Hoping it finally gets fixed next week, and I can be done with them, but with this company you just never know.

FYI, the reviews look great, because they ask you to fill them out the 1st night you speak with the rep, but the problems come after.

My Rep made a mistake when filling out the intial order, and neither of us caught it the night of (partially my fault, understanding the markings on the paperwork was misunderstood on my part. I thought my husband and I effectively communicated what we wanted, guess not, we should have looked it over better I'll admit that). When we finally realized what happened all the rep had to say was " you signed the paperwork". Well, yes I guess I did thanks for taking none of the responsibility of not effectively listening to your customers. Luckly his supervisor was much more decent. Thought it would get better from there, but nope.

Up to you, but I would never again use this company.
