Bought some wood for home project and didnt realize until after it was installed that theres tons of baby termites crawling out of it. very disappointed and now will have to pay several hundred to thousands of dollars to get the infestation resolved and figure out how to rip everything apart and dispose of the wood. Not only did I lose over $1000 on this project but now I have an infestation to deal with.

Buyers BEWARE Do not buy electrical tools from this place. They do not offer any in store warranty. So I didn't purchase it from Big Sugar. Instead I went to Mayco Ace in Fort Scott. Told them what happened. They sold the same tool to me at a cheaper price with an in store and factory warranty. Now that's customer service
