We found Champ after getting the runaround from 2 other companies. We were blown away by Champ! Brent and his team went above and beyond to make sure our roof was fixed. Brent was in constant communication with my husband and I and kept us updated every step of the way. His team was incredibly hardworking and kind. They not only fixed the damage to our roof but made sure everything was picked up afterwards. We have even received follow up messages making sure we are still happy with the work. They worked hard with our insurance agent to make sure that the damage to our house was taken care of and our insurance agent raved at how well everything was handled on Champ’s end and the communication he had. We will only work with Champ going forward!

We had hail damage from the hail storm in Papillion around June ('24), and we were lucky enough to run into a Champ Roofing specialist on our neighbor's roof. Brent was awesome enough to help us out, and start this oh so fun insurance journey. Brent helped me every step of the way, and being a first time for me on roof insurance claims, it was a life saver. This is a one-stop-shop for roofing and exterior damage. I bet they do other things (like replace non hail damaged roofs/siding) but I only know them for this. Roof looks fantastic by the way!

Brent is the best. He kept in contact through the entire process, gave me regular updates, came out to check on the work himself and was very flexible and accommodating to my needs. Hopefully I wont have storm damage again anytime soon but if I do, I'll definitely be using Champs Roofing again.

Our insurance company had several contractors on their recommended list and Jeremy at Champ was first to respond and neither my wife nor I felt the need to look any further. We were impressed by Jeremy’s knowledge, helpfulness and friendliness, but we wondered how would the service be? We didn’t need to worry. The job was done sooner than many of our neighbors’ jobs, the crew was one of the cleanest, neatest ones we saw in the neighborhood, and it all was completed very well. They worked with our insurance company every step of the way, and Jeremy’s communication with us was always prompt. Definitely recommend Jeremy at Champ Roofing.

I contacted Champ Roofing & Exterior Inc. after a recommendation from my homeowner insurance agent.
Gary from Champ Roofing inspected my roof, advised me that a previous roofing company did not finish minor repairs on my roof. (from July 31 windstorm)
The next day I called Brintley the office manager, she coordinated the necessary repairs for my roof quickly and efficiently. Photos of the repaired roof were taken, a statement sent to me on repair work.
Gary and Brintley are very friendly and provided great customer service!
I will definitely recommend Champ Roofing for excellent work at a fair cost. I'll contact them the next time!
