Best decision ever to use Advanced Quality Roofing! I got quotes from several companies and it was a no brainer to go with these guys. From the initial meet up and walk around with Robert, solid quote, amazing crew and a gorgeous finished product, I couldn't be happier. Robert was incredibly attentive and informative and was quick to respond with detailed answers to my questions. He knows his stuff! His guys were prompt, courteous, and conscientious with clean up at the end of each day. Robert did a walk around with me when the job was complete and pointed out some beautiful details I hadn't even noticed. My house has never looked so good. Highly recommend Robert and his crew. We have a flat roof that was leaking. Advanced Quality Roofing was one of three estimates that we got. From the first time we meet Robert it was obvious that he was very knowledgeable and paid attention to details. Robert did a complete new silicone roof and we are very pleased with the results. All of his crew was pleasant to work with from the first phone call to the completed job.

These folks were the only company who bothered to actually look for the source of the leak after a big storm and went in the attic to do so. The others quoted a new roof or removing tiles to find the leak, but Advanced Quality Roofing went straight to the source to identify the problem and then were out 3 days later fixing it. We had 4 roofing companies bid on redoing our roof as the underlayment was old and suspect of failing. Their quote wasn't the cheapest but it was reasonable and good references were supportive. The job was done quickly and professionally. Totally within budget and on time. The crew cleaned up the job site diligently. Drone pictures and my personal inspection confirmed that the job had been complete and professionally done.

Noticed water stains on the bedroom ceiling. Called Advanced Quality Roofing on Friday, they were here Tuesday morning. Identified the problem (seal around the AC duct work), they fixed it then and there. Also checked and put added seal everywhere there was a roof penetration. Co-owner Robert Vichich was very clear with his explanations and proposed solution. Professional, courteous, efficient, you can't ask for anything more. They are the only roofing company I will call in the future.

My roof was leaking and was 20 years old-time to replace it. I had 3 quote requests out. Bob was the only company that went up on the roof, took inspection videos and reviewed them with me. He quoted me a fair price with 2 options. I had to have my solar system uninstalled first and then reinstalled. These guys worked around the solar company and were available to replace my roof within 2 weeks of the quote. The workman were polite, on time, and professional. They cleaned up every day before they left, you could not find a piece of scrap or a nail anywhere! everyday! After the roof was completed, Advanced Quality Roofing waited to inspect until AFTER the solar system was replaced. Then they replaced any tiles the solar guys broke and made everything perfect. Finally I got install and completion photos and drone videos. I highly recommend Advanced Quality Roofing!

I called Robert and he was able to get me in the same day and get it repaired right then and there. This company has great customer service and they do an amazing job. I called a few roofing companies to repair a broken tile from recent storms. They all wanted to come out and quote which is fine but the quoting process was going to take a couple weeks. Advanced Quality Roofing accepted my drone photos, procured the tile, and came and fixed my roof 2 days later. The new tile is a perfect match and the repair looks great. The price was right as well.

We’ve used Advanced Quality 3 times now (repaired a leaking section of roof, repaired an entire roof, and replaced some broken tiles). Each time they have been on time, performed exceptional work, and at a very competitive price. For all my future roofing needs I will skip getting bids from other companies and just call them first.

We had a difficult time trying to get repair estimates after we had storm damage to our roof and tiles. She scheduled us for an inspection and estimate right away and the guys showed up on time and were very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. I had the quote in my inbox that afternoon and it was hands down the most honest and reasonable estimate we had received so far. We quickly approved the estimate and had the work scheduled to be completed 2 days later.

The guys were out yesterday to complete the roof repairs and we are extremely impressed. The work was done quickly and the repairs are fantastic! We marveled over the work done. It’s impossible to tell the roof was ever damaged at all! Perfect roof tile matching and quick, excellent work.

Robert, his son and crew did a great high quality job. We had the underlay replaced and even though we reused the old tiles the roof looks like new because of the precise lines when different slopes of the roof join. Two neighbors asked and I highly recommended this company. Very satisfied.

We needed to replace our roof to put our house on the market. We had a short time window to get it done. We called several roofing contractors and Robert at Advanced Quality Roofing was the only one who could do it before our deadline. This was more complex due to removal and re-install of solar panels. Everything they communicated to us was done as promised and completed before the deadline. Fairly responsive. Missed first appointment then sent an email saying he could come the next day. Price was competitive and he is a nice guy. Quality of work was not great. They did not install the attic vents properly causing significant leaks into my attic. They came to fix immediately, and I understand they addressed the individual responsible for the poor work. I am giving them another opportunity to do more work.

I have a rental home that needed a roof tile replaced. I called Advanced Quality Roofing and they were very helpful in getting a worker out to my home that afternoon. Their employee was very courteous and professional throughout the repair. Their employee had to replace the mortar cap and the roof tile. Once he was finished, the mortar had a more finished look than the original caps. We met with over ten roofing companies, did our homework, and after meeting the owners Robert & Dorothy, Advanced Quality Roofing was clearly the best company to choose, and we are so glad we did. Their workmanship was excellent, the materials used were of superior quality and their warranty is very good. Robert & Dorothy are very experienced and knowledgeable, and were in constant contact with us throughout the process in person and via phone & text. We left town for a few days vacation while they were working, and they sent us pictures of the progress to keep us informed of the progress. I work in the insurance industry, and having a reputable company is worth its weight in gold. They key to a good roof is using quality materials that are installed properly, which is what Advanced Quality Roofing made sure to do. We used Boral Tile Seal with raised battens, and re-used our existing concrete tiles. If you are looking for a roofing company, we highly recommend them!
