Great Company. Centrik Roofing came out after a recent monsoon storm that happened. The professionalism from both the workers and the owner exceeded expectation. Owner came out after work was completed to make sure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. Definitely recommending to family and friends and will be using them again for any future roof repairs.

Excellent quality of work. The crew was extremely professional and courteous. They would insure each evening that any debris was picked up so it wouldn't be tracked into the house (nails, tar paper, etc). Would highly recommend them.

The best ever. Had a leak that was from the gable vent so I sent a text to Augusto at 8:25 PM and he responded at 8:30 PM.
They were at my home the next day by 9:00 AM the next day after driving 80 miles for them and repaired vent.

I contacted this roofing company and the gentleman I spoke to said he would be out the next day to repair the corner tile on my roof.
No one showed up. I called back and spoke to what sounded to be a wonderful man… He apologized for the misunderstanding, and told me they would be out the very next day to repair my roof. That morning, I received a text from someone else from the company, inquiring if I had called regarding repairing my roof that day. I texted back yes, and then I texted the phone number of the person I had spoken with. I still have not heard back!!
In my opinion, it’s really ridiculous.

I used Centrik a year ago for my casita with a unique tile roof. Augusto, said no problem and he did very timely, exactly how I asked and he had the best price! What can be better? Then we had a repair on our house (tile), and he came out and gave a fair quote and knocked it out beautifully within a week. This time I didn't even get another quote. I knew I was getting the best. Don't go with the big corporate folks; too expensive and you wait way too long. Stay local and go with Centrik.

Used Centrik to replace my entire roof, they replaced plywood, skylight, brought vents to code and the tile installation was first class- best roof in the neighborhood- family run company - they care about quality and their reputation!

Thank you Centrik Roofing. Finally, I found a roofing company that has high standards, excellent quality work, and fair prices. We obtained bids from several companies to re-felt our tile roof. Centrik was on the lower end for price, but their work was definitely high end. Centrik is family owned and operated. Henry Monzon and his sons Agusto and Henry were all great to work with. They made my husband John and I feel like we were family! Agusto always answered calls or returned them within minutes. He provided us with a detailed estimate with an overhead view of our roof. They did not nickel and dime us and included everything we might need as part of the price. We needed some rotted decking, roofing tiles and trim replaced. They used a high quality rubberized MB felt as well. They arrived on time, completed all work as promised, and finished in 2 days. They were careful to clean up each day, even using their blowers to clean our furniture, which needed cleaning already from leaves and debris. They carefully looked for nails, trash, etc. Although I know it is almost impossible to find everything. Lastly, they have good hearts and care about their work and the clients they work for! The roof and trim look spectacular! I highly recommend them!

We were recommended by a neighbor to fix our roof. We check with 4 companies and Centrik stood out. They were prompt, professional, honest and fair. I like that they are family owned, use quality materials and fair price!! I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors. Ask for Agusto!

Called for an appointment and was able to schedule same day service. Augusto was on time, professional, affordable, and went above and beyond with his service! I would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone!

Augusto bid our roof. Price and warranty were both excellent. The roof was replaced and the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. Then it rained leaks everywhere. They repaired it. Then it rained again even more leaks and alot of interior damage. They fixed it again. Father was insisting that our parapet walls had cracks. The roof had no leaks prior to roof replacement by Centric. Then it rained again. They came out again. Again muttering about cracks. This time additional damage to our vaulted cedar ceilings. Augusto assured us that he would have someone out to repair them. Haven't been able to reach him by phone or text since. We hired someone to come repair the ceilings. We are going to assume that we don't actually have a warranty. We will be filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.

I called this company yesterday when Augusto missed our appointment. He said he had the wrong day scheduled. Today was the day confirmed and he was a no show again. This has made a really bad first impression and I am no longer interested in doing business with Centrik Roofing.

Next door neighbor used Centrik for his roof recently. Another neighbor and myself decided it was time to replace ours too. We had Agusto@Centrik come out and price a quote for two houses. The price was great and beat quotes from 3 other roofers.
Centrik's warranty was better than the competition...15-years on labor and 30-years on material. This also included the flat roof (patio over hang) portion of our roof. The competition was giving no more than 5-year warranty on the flat roof portion.
The workers were up on the roof by 6:30am each day and worked to 4pm with only a lunch break. Our roof looks much better in appearance than what we had.
Centrik does not charge additional for any replacement ply-wood or existing broken tiles. The competition wanted to charge an average of $50-60/sheet of ply-wood used and $10/tile for replacement. There was no nickel and diming with Centrik.
Each day the guys cleaned up debris that hit the ground and on the last day they power washed my walkway and driveway..
Centrik does not ask for a deposit upfront...you pay at the end of the job and they want you to be happy with their work.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for roof replacement or repair.

Follow up stinks! Came out 2 weeks ago for a quote on a new roof. His laptop wasn't working and said he would email it to me. 2 voicemails and two times actually talking to Agusto and still no quote. Checked my spam mail, inbox several times, so that's not an excuse. Sorry guys, you have definitely lost my business, as well as a few others who were asking me who I was going to use.

Back in 2009, we and our neighbors both had an excellent experience with Henry Monzon and Centrik for replacing the underlay of our tile roofs. Great follow up, materials, tips, attention to detail, and clean up. I was looking up their info to refer them to a friend and thought I really needed to leave this review.

TERRIFIC job and very reasonable price! Henry and his crew were here for the hottest week of the year and worked very long days. They cleaned up all their debris and were very nice too! I will continue to recommend them.
