If I could give zero stars I would.
My husband Steve contacted you last year, never received a return call.
We got busy so put the project on the back Burner.
We initiated the project again this year and called, left a message. We finally received a call back two weeks later. Set up an appointment for the following week Friday between two and three. Our gate is a 1/4 mile from the house which we left open from 12 to 5 nobody ever showed nobody ever called. It is a week later still no response as to why or sorry. Was there an emergency or just don’t you care.
My husband Steve is third generation business owner. This is the poorest customer service we have ever experienced.
We got the feeling that Isaac was just too busy for our business. In retrospect, your competitor Responded immediately dropped off samples sent quotes all within a week.
Bad sign, good sign. you can guess who we’re going to go with. NOT YOU ISAAC.
