My roof was a mess after the rains we had. The plywood was rotten. Asked for help from Jacob and he was ready and available when I needed him or had any questions.

The crew was very respectful to my property. Left everything as they found it which was something I was big on during the entire process of things. Steve was there during the majority of the project to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

We recently completed a roof replacement with Universal Builders. We received an excellent service at a reasonable cost. Their estimate was competitive compare to the other ones we got. Jake was patient and informative during the inspection. He secured the required permit. From start to end, I received regular updates on material purchases and work progress. The roofers were skilled and professionals. The inspection was passed on schedule without complications. I highly recommend this company.

This company and was heaven sent they were very professional very polite and very caring with the process of this project. Chris took care of this project like we were part of his family. The crew was very professional they finished the project quickly and made sure the surroundings of the property were clean after each stage of the project.

Exceptional service with Universal Builders. I knew this team would do a good job after doubting them halfway through the process. They were diligently, professional and respectful. Thankfully, they managed to not only live up to their word but also sent a Warranty certificate and came out during a rainy day to help fix whatever needed additional fixing. (Still working on this issue)

We had some tiles painted and replaced, we also had to pass city inspections and we had deadlines that were missed but managed to have the appraiser not doc us for an unfinished roof because we were working under contract with Chris and his team. Thank you. Much appreciated.
