Centra Systems Hawaii

Centra Systems is amazing.. don’t bother looking anywhere else on Maui. (I already did). Mark and the entire team were great to work with. Mark came to our house the same day I called asking about gates, he was able to give us a very rough estimate at our initial meeting so we had an idea of the pricing etc. Centra Systems website is easy to navigate and we chose a gate and colors from their site and it came out perfect. We needed our rockwall modified and driveway redone and his recommended rockwall team was amazing (Mahalo Pia). Cody was our electronics technician who set up all the controls and was super helpful to show us how to navigate thru the set up, phone apps, setting up access, etc. Our gate did take a while once ordered but worth the wait. The only thing I wish was that we had ordered a system with a camera or doorbell for the outside of the property instead of just a number access keypad (so visitors and mailmen can ring a bell from outside) but this was our fault for not paying the extra $$ to order the upgraded system. Our system work great and I feel confident that if we have any problems in the future Centra Systems will come right over to help us. Mahalo again Mark and team :)

I really researched this project extensively and I am so glad I chose Centra Systems. I was determined to have the best entrance gate on Maui and Centra really exceeded our expectations.
We have relied on Centra for over a decade to service the gate to our subdivision directly across from Big (Makena) Beach, so I already knew that Susan Kaili, Ben and the service team would give us excellent service, which is so important. Susan (the office manager) has been with Centra for over 30 years and is an absolute joy to deal with!
What I didn't realize is that Centra has amazing gate fabricators. After speaking with Juan Estrada and touring the facility I was truly amazed at what they could accomplish.
Melanie and I were also able to see Mark Miller's custom aluminum Taro gate (the very gracious owner of the company) and then I knew that they could build the most beautiful and durable gates possible.
They are a very busy company but they still were very professional and kept every promise. Juan and Susan communicated with me every step of the way. And wow did they deliver.
A project like this is complicated. And a gate is so important. It provides security, privacy and beauty to our amazing estate. I am so glad I chose Centra! Thanks so much to Susan, Mark, Juan, Sara, Ben, Owen, all the rock wall guys and the entire design, welding and painting team! Great job!

The tech that came out knows his stuff and is great. Cody that initially installed the openers several years ago also did a great job. And you were great on the phone and following up.

Centra is contracted to maintain our vehicle gate. They keep their schedule and address any issue within 24 hours of reporting.

did a great job instlling and it would have been nice to do the finishing touches which would require painting the new metal install. all in all happy but now need to still do the finishing touches.

They are the best. Friendly, reliable and responsive.
We are so glad we found them. We have used them multiple times with our 2 gates.

From the very first call to inquire about services I was met with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Throughout the process I was treated great and am extremely happy with the product they have supplied. Would 100% recommend!

The entrance gate is critical to Aloha Self Storage Lahaina and it malfunctioned at a time when Centra Systems was extremely busy with other jobs. They made a special effort to work us into their schedule and were able to respond and fix the mechanism within a few hours.
