There was a LEAK within 3 months.
CentiMark refuses to make my tenants whole by replacing a few ceiling tiles.

Mike who loaded me was fantastic. Super friendly. Super fast. Loaded exactly how I wanted. Only reason for not five stars is it's ridiculously tight back there and I had a hell of a time getting turned around. If you have a spread turn around while you're empty cuz you're going to have to do some seriously tight turns, you don't want all that weight on your axles

Needed a new flat roof for my 10500 sf building. Centimark provided the best price amongst 6 bidders, got it done on time and backed it up w the best warrenty. 2 years later they came out to check something I had a concern about within 2 days. 5 star service.

I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I own a commercial property in Portsmouth, Virginia and paid $75K to have a new roof installed. There was a LEAK within 3 months. CentiMark refuses to make my tenants whole by replacing a few ceiling tiles ... I was told by the Executive V.P., Mark Cooper that the damage is NOT their responsibility and to "read my contract". Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY FROM this company!!!!
