Called and spoke with the owner, made a appointment for an estimate. Never called on the day or showed up. Waste of time. Guess I’m glad I found out prior to paying for anything.

I won’t debate my review, read the response and be the judge here. I get no thrill leaving negative reviews just hope it helps the business and customers have a better experience than I had.

Still happy with our new roof almost five years later! I researched companies in the Maryland area to have my mother's roof replaced in 2014. I found his company listed in the Washington Consumer Checkbook as one of the best value companies with quality work. James Marshall came and inspected the house and gave us such a reasonable price. He helped my mother choose shingle type and color, and wrote up an estimate while explaining everything clearly. The work began quickly and was finished quickly, all the while he sent me texts with before, during and after work on the roof. We still own the house today and have never had any problem with the work. I even contacted him recently and he remembered my mother and myself! I recommended him to my neighbor and would highly recommend him and his team to anyone after our great experience.

James Marshall gave me an estimate for a roof replacement, he was very informative and did a thorough inspection of my roof. He also did a quick fix for a cracked pipe collar on the spot, without asking for payment. His communication was spot on, and I very much appreciated how hands-on he is as the company owner.
