He made sure we were always updated on times and dates of work, and who would be doing the work. He also came and personally checked on the progress and even did a lot of the work himself. CBS provided an accurate estimate and maintained it providing excellent work replacing rotted wood & Masonite siding, patched and replaced entire roof including installing new ridge vents and masonry chimney cap, and painted both house and garage on schedule. CBS coordination was best.
