The guys were great .. checked the roof and replaced the cap for the heat/air conditioner…and also cleaned up some pigeon mess !! All within a few minutes!!

These guys were great! Less than 72 hours from start to finish, and we got photos of the work afterwards. Plenty of contractors are more than happy to send over a bill with no photos and expect payment. The photos really made us feel confident in the work, and that they were being honest about what they did on our roof.

Paul's post is spot on! I had minor roof repair done. They had to return a short time later from the cheap and inefficient repair which didn't last. The same areas which were supposed to be repaired twice now didn't hold and I continue to be ignored when trying to resolve the matter. Here we are in Monsoon season. Not safe to have lose roof tiles. Unprofessional. I will not be using this company again and recommend elsewhere. Save your $ and time from the runarounds.

Do NOT use this company. They ignore phone calls, emails, and texts and don't fix repairs correctly. Incompetent, unprofessional and lazy. Only care about jobs involving full roof repair, and ignore people who need cheap, smaller jobs done. They say someone will come out and no one never does, or they do the job without even checking in with us when they start and finish. Clearly cut corners and are sketch bc they replaced some roof tiles by hammering them in and sloppily slapping mortar up that looks like my kindergartener could do better. Roof tiles repeatedly keep falling off a year later- they obviously can't seem to care to fix it correctly. Thankfully no one has gotten hurt from the tiles falling off repeatedly. My father in law pointed out that he noticed the flashing was gone in the problem areas and the wood is now rotting underneath. Wouldnt they have noticed that the first time or second or third??? Dont trust them at all. CG professional services overall lack quality but thede guys take the cake for being our worst experience by far. Call a company from the valley. We are having someone else check it out and fix it at this point and are just out $500.

These guys are great! I literally moved from Peoria all the way to Gilbert, and it didn't even matter. They were pretty up front about the range of prices, and when they did the job and it was a bit less than what they thought, they stuck to the bottom of the range. Will definitely have them out again!

These guys are FANTASTIC. I'm always able to get someone to answer the phone when needed, and all my interactions are always positive. I will absolutely call Alex and Castile Roofing when I need to in the future! I was in a bind and they handled it.

Arrived for the repair on the day and time they gave us, did the repair in a timely fashion and REDUCED their bid because they used less materials than they estimated!! Selling our home and needed a few quick repairs to our roof before we closed. Talked with Alex on the phone and he got Anthony right out the same day to take a look. I called and talked with Alex Anau and explained the problem that I was having with our roof that had developed a leak. He listened to what I had said and repeated most of it back to me so that he understood what I had said. He set up an appointment time for Chris to come out and inspect our roof. Chris show up exactly on time. He was professional, courteous, and listened to what I was saying, before he started his inspection of our roof. Once completed he gave us what it would take to complete the repairs and the price. We agreed to the work that repair our roof and the work was completed on time and in an efficient manner. Chris kept us abreast of what was going on during the entire process from start to finish. In this day and time, it is almost unheard of to find a company and it's employees that operate on a timely, professional and honest manner. From start to finish , Alex and Chris were on time, concerned and efficient , and knowledge about their trade, but our roof and concerns. Make no mistake, we will continue to do business with Castile Roofing when needed in the future. Chris and Alex did an amazing job! We hired them to fix a roof leak and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Chris stayed in constant communication, arrived on time, and did outstanding work. And not only did he fix the problem at hand, he went totally above and beyond by taking care of a couple of other damaged areas before they could become a problem. We had a roof leak on a Sunday and by Tuesday the roof was repaired. The employee worked around the dust storm to get it done. It rained Wednesday and no leaks! The company was easy to work with and responsive. Other companies couldn't get to me for several days, and only for an estimate.

Had some broken tiles on roof and they scheduled me within a couple days. Did a very good job - very impressed. Def recommend...

We had a short amount of time to get the repairs done in order to finalize the sale of out home. Alex quickly gave us a competitive quote and had Chris out within a few days to complete the work. Chris showed up on time and got everything completed as requested. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

Alex was very professional and CARING! He advocated for me with the home warranty company to help make sure the repair was covered. Even the representative from the home warranty company told me Alex was very kind and professional. Later, when Chris came out to do the job, he was on time, friendly, and professional. Alex and Chris were responsive and easy to work with to put new coating on my patio roof and use reinforcing mesh tape on the seams. Very happy customer.

When I called Castile Roofing, Eric he was extremely responsive. I explained to him that I had a house in escrow and the inspector said the whole roof needed to be replaced. ERIC went out and inspected the roof and determined the whole roof did not need to be replaced. He scheduled the nessesary work in a timely maner and Chris did the work and stayed late to complete it on time. Eric and Chris said they would meet with the inspector if needed but also provided before and afternoictures which satisfied the buyers. I would use then and again and would highly recommend them.

I have been in Real estate for 7 years and I have yet to find a great honest roofing company until now. I highly recommend Alex and his team! Communication it top notch and pricing is beyond fair. Don't waste your time with anyone else!!!!! Alex will be my go to roofer form now on.

This is the 2nd time I've used Castile Roofing to do a roof repair (2 different areas). Both times they were very responsive (repaired the same day) and did quality work. They took pictures of the problematic areas for me to review and provided a quote to fix the issue. Their quotes were fair. I'll continue to use Castile Roofing for any future issues I may have.

After contacting Castile roofing I spoke to Alex and he said he would have a tech come out the following week. I have had several no shows since my roof was damaged so I was skeptical. Chris called me on 10-11 and asked what day would be best I told him 10-12 would be great he said no problem see you tomorrow. Chris called when he was on his way with an ETA and when he showed up he did a roof inspection with pictures to show what the damage was and then recommended the repairs. He called Alex and the quoted me a price and went to work the SAME DAY!!! Now my roof is fixed and I couldn't be happier with the customer service and professionalism of Alex and Chris the were amazing I'd recommend this company and these fellas to anyone. I discovered I had 4 leaks in my roof after a large rainstorm passed through. Chris came down after I called Castile Roofing, and he showed me pictures and explained what he found after inspecting the roof. After some hard, quick work, Chris was able to patch up all four leaks in the roof on the very same day! Thanks a ton!

Picked this company as they had good reviews but not now it took 2 months to have new roof put on. Still have bad spot and flat roof on patio holds water it has been 8 months now going on 9 haven't heard from Castile when I call they don't answer leave message no call. I have to block my number then they answer then I'm told it will be 2 weeks. No one shows so still have flat roof needs fixed and another spot on roof. Old wood wasn't changed so going on 9 months and no word from company. I could go on about all the things wrong with roof but nothing but stress. And company has been paid in full still waiting for them to come and finish

After the recent storms we found water leaking into our bathroom exhaust vent. We agreed to Castile Roofing's repair estimate. Once Chris (from Castille) began work on the roof, he determined the true source of where the water was leaking from. The actual repair turned out to be just over half of the original estimate. The weather caused some delays in getting the work done, but Chris made sure to stay in constant communication with us. You can't fault anyone for not wanting to stand on a roof with lightening flashing all around. We are very happy with the repairs and we know Castille stands behind their work. We started off with a bit of confusion on price and scheduling but once that was straightened out, Chris repaired/replaced/painted my attic roof vent that was damaged by a storm. He was very fast/friendly/professional. The price was reasonable. He also surveyed the tiles and provided recommendations. I am very happy with the service.

I called this company based on the positive reviews. I received an estimate and agreed to the work but, they didn’t show up twice that they were supposed to. I called to complain and the individual that took my information was supposed to call back and never did. I would be very careful doing business with them if this is how they treat new customers I can only imagine if I were an existing one having issues.

Had some damage from storm winds while out of town, castile roofing was very responsive and were able to come inspect the roof within a week. Chris was great at finding the same tile shape.and style, repaired theroof.in a few hours and cleaned up the debris on the roof itself. Chris kept.me in the loop when he was in the process would definitely use them again

I am sorry to say, after seeing the good reviews, I called and made an appointment with this company. They were supposed to be here on Tuesday, but not only didn't show up, but didn't call. Two gentlemen showed up on Wednesday, said there truck broke down and couldn't make it on Tuesday. They did go up on my roof, and gave an estimate. And said they'd be back on Friday to fix the roof. Said if for some reason couldn't make it on Friday, would text me, and be here on Saturday for sure. They were not here on Friday, so I called the office. The person who answered said they couldn't give any information, but would pass on the message. They did not show up on Saturday either, and I haven't gotten a text or phone call from this company. Meanwhile, my roof is still not fixed, and will have to wait until Monday to call another roofer, as so far they are all either closed, or I get an answering machine. Its too bad, because it looks like alot of people had a good experience with them and I was hoping the same.

I would like to add to my initial review. Infact after I posted my review expressing my disappointment I was contacted by this company, and the situation was rectified. Infact Yanathan came out within a couple of days at around 1:00pm, and did not leave until the job was done, which was around 7:45.it was dark by the time he left. He worked very hard all day, and I really appreciate his dedication. Thanks Alfonso! And thanks again Yanathan!

Called about roof damage, they indicated my roof should still be under warranty and suggested I try that route first. I truly appreciate the honesty showing they care about the client first.

I called Castile Roofing on Tuesday 7/13 to schedule a roof inspection. They set the date for Friday 7/16/21. At 3:45pm on Friday 7/16 no one had shown up so I called Castile Roofing to see if they were still coming. I got their voice mail. No one ever showed on Friday 7/16 and I never received a call back or even a call that they would not be coming.

On 7/17 I left a not so favorable review regarding Castile Roofing. Today, I would like to add to that review. The same day I left the review I received a text and call from Chris one of the installers asking what he can do to help. We went over everything. That night I received a phone call from Alfonzo, the owner of Castile Roofing. Long story short, Castile Roofing went way out of their way to handle my roofing issue. Four days after my calls with Chris and Alfonzo my roof was done. I want to let anyone and everyone out there know, if you need a professional, caring company, to handle your roofing issue Castile Roofing is the one you want to use. You cannot go wrong with Chris on the job. He will not only handle the job but will also put your mind at ease and will follow up to make sure everything is ok. Hats off to Castile Roofing for employing such a professional, caring young man.

We are selling our house! The inspector found a couple of broken/loose roof tiles. I called Castile Roofing on Monday. The had a technician at our house on Wednesday. This monsoon season did a number on our roof, after having an independent adjuster selected by my insurer out to inspect the damage the next step was to have a roofing professional come out to protect my home from further damage or loss. Alfonso with Castile roofing made an excellent impression right away, by offering not only a rapid response from his staff already in the field near my home, but also by offering insight into the process of my insurance claim and adjusters findings along with some options I wasn't even aware were open to me. Surprising to get such comprehensive help from someone I was reaching out to for such a small thing within the scope of roofing and roof repair. Alfonso followed our phone conversation up with an email summary of our conversation including contact information for his technician Kevin. Kevin came out within a few hours of my initial call and invested several hours tarping and tacking- he really did an excellent job and made use of plenty of material including lumber, tarps, 6 mil plastic, and tape to ensure that I had the best protection possible between now and the necessary re-roofing. I feel I received top notch service from beginning to end, thorough and thoughtful communication and quality workmanship as the end result. I am looking forward to working with them again when we have our insurance money in hand, I am sure we will get excellent service once again.
