What an amazing job they did. I’m a very picky person and I’m very hands on, because I feel people don’t do good work anymore. Chad and his crews did an amazing job. I was aware I had a massive amount of wood repair/replacement and that was a huge stress on me to get it all perfect. On day one Chad sent one of his teams with foreman Pablo and he walked me through everything he was going to do. I felt really good that they knew what they were doing. I could keep boring you with the details but the end result is, I’m so happy with the quality of work they did on my home/roof that I can’t thank them enough. My anxiety about my roof is finally gone and now I can sleep.

Did a spectacular job roofing my garage after having put up with Many delays. Work men were extremely friendly and let me ask questions about their work. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants someone who does a great job and really cares about the people they serve.

A crew of 5 plus showed up, and got the repair work done promptly and professionally. Work was done in a day, the cleanup was so thorough, one would never know they were there. Other companies couldn't even get the repair work done within the first quarter of 2024. With Cassidy we are way ahead of the game.

I havre been using Cassady Roofing for roofing repairs and maintenance since 2015. I have them do maintenance checks every 2 years to satisfy my home owner insurance expectations. This year I had them install solar attic exhaust fans which assist in keeping my home at a comfortable temperature without overusing my air conditioner. Quite a savings on my electric bill. Their crews have all been efficient, courteous and thorough. They clean up completely after their work is complete.

I tried using yelp to reroof and everyone I would talk to would give me a $15k quote, but then my realtor recommended Cassidy Roofing. I spoke to Chad and he was at my house the next day to measure himself. By the end of the day I had a clear quote well under anyone else I had spoken to. I hired them, picked the color of the new roof, set a date and they came through without a problem. They finished my house so fast that I had blocked out my entire weekend to be home in case they needed anything and let’s just say blocking it out wasn’t necessary. These guys are professionals, the crew was polite and the best part, besides the price, is they’re local and part of my community.

I recently had my roof replaced and some rain gutter repair work done and found their estimates to be complete and concise with no hidden charges. This roofing company is the best in the business. I’ve used them a few times now. Recently I had a leak in my house that had the original tile roof when I got the house. Chad came over and got up on the roof and told me I had about 20 tiles that have slid out of place. Chad came down grabbed his tools and explained to me when they build new houses they only nail down every other tile and in time they slide out of place. He’s also done my grandmothers roof. Everything was super clean and price was great. I just love how there is no B.S. he’s honest and great value. I’ll be referring all my friends and family there

I live in Whittier and I always use Cassaday Roofing whenever I have roof problem. They are very honest & reliable people. Good price and Good service. My son bought a house in Long Beach, he uses Cassady too. Highly recommend them. Don't have to look anywhere else.

Cassady Roofing has been doing the roof on our temple for years and since it has multiple roofs due to additions and is at different levels, it is not an easy job. We just had two of the five roofs replaced, and Cassady not only worked closely with our air conditioning re-venting project, but also met several times with a stucco repair company that came in AFTER the roof was installed and kept us well informed of the progress of that project. Always cheerful, easy to work with, and instantly available when you need them. Prices were the best (by far) that we found. A great company and completely recommend them.

I had my roof done by Cassidy Roofing last year and they left a mess. I had just had my driveway and patio poured with new cement and they left asphalt all over my Spa deck, driveway and patio. I called and one of the Cassidy’s came out and surveyed the mess and tried to clean up (quite unsuccessfully). The spa cover literally looked worse when he was done that when he started.
As of now I have had to replace my spa deck and my spa cover. (Which cost more than the roofing) After several months and an endless battery of excuses, Cassidy finally came to the table and offered a small sum of money (not even covering the cost and shipping on the spa cover). I never cashed the check.
Now I have gravel coming off of the roof any time there is wind or rain. It seems as if this job will never stop reminding me of the poor decision I made hiring Cassidy Roofing

Did my very large roof at a great price and SO easy to work with. Been about 5 years and it still looks new and I’ve not had one issue with it.
