My home had significant water damage due to a faulty upstairs washing machine. Finally done with remediation, I was more than a little apprehensive about the next step of putting my home back together again. That was until I met Luis. Luis was absolutely fantastic to work with. Much of my house was drenched with water when one of my pipes burst. Luis was knowledgeable about the insurance process, which was invaluable for saving me time and money. He was transparent and upfront with different options and costs. Work was completed on schedule. Our water heater flooded our master bathroom and our master bedroom as well as a small part in our garage. We found Luis Casillas Construction company on line after our insurance told us they could not recommend anyone because they had not contracts with anyone in our area. It was lucky for us that it happened that way. Luis came in and took a look at the areas and said he was unable to do the work until we had another water mitigation company come out and make sure things were done properly, because from he could tell it had not.
We called south sound water recovery to give a second opinion and found that the first company that the insurance had sent did not dry our home as it should had been done in the first place. That led to another two weeks of demolition and drying in our home.
Once that was completed Luis came back in and was super helpful. I trusted him because he was right about the first company and really had our interest at heart. He was always communicating with us and making sure that we knew every step of the way what was going on and the plan. If product we ordered came in and had any issues he was sure to share that information immediately.
He was extremely busy but was able to get us on his schedule and he worked night and day between us and other jobs he had on his schedule. He still always did a quality job on everything. We appreciate his quality work and his professional manners! In this day and culture were company's are going more toward that the customer is not right, Luis is still a respectful and caring to the value of money and the work that he performs. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to have reconstruction projects done on their home for just a remodel or for emergency flooding as we did.
