Mike was very kind and easy to work with. He listened to all my concerns and helped answer all my questions. He also gave me all the information on different shingles and brought by samples. I hired Cascade Roof after seeing the job the did on the house across the street.They were fast and Efficient just what we were looking for.. We had a hard roof it was split in different places and had bar tile on the one side of the house. We also had our shop done. We needed the whole roof scrapped with new roofing wood. Mike was professional and a honest business man. They had it all done from start to finish in less than a week. All the mess was cleaned up. The roof looks just like we expected. The price was what we expected . Thank you Mike!! If you are thinking about using this company don't hesitate you can't go wrong.

Entire team is reliable and professional from start to finish. They did an excellent job on my roof from initial tear-off of the old roof to final clean up when the job was complete -- on time and on budget. Highly recommend. I attempted to get a bid from Cascade and it never happened. I used their website to get a free quote and the bidder just showed up unannounced and started climbing on my roof. Didn't knock or call just showed-up and started climbing on my roof. After about 10-mins. they said they would send me a bid, but this never happened and no call back or nothing. After seeing their reviews I was very interested in getting a bid, but ended-up going with a different contractor due to no response or bid.

Mike and team were phenomenal to work with. We had a very technical job (cedar shingles!) that required some very specialized roofing skills, and Cascade Roofing delivered. The price was very fair,the work was completed timely given our unique circumstances, and the result was a beautiful product that was true to our style of home. My wife is in love with the finished product, and it is exactly what we envisioned for our dream home. I look forward to having a reason to hire them again on my next project!

We are so pleased with our beautiful new cedar shingle roof! The Cascade Roofing team was absolutely fabulous. They removed the old shingle roof and had the area cleaned up so beautifully before leaving work each day. Cascade Roofing’s team worked expertly and quickly completed our reroof in 3 1/2 days. Unknowingly contacted them during a death in their family. We were in a pinch and needed a repair/new roof quote in a hurry. They were on it and got the quote back to us in the time we needed even with everything else going on at the time. I was grateful and amazed. Sadly ended up not purchasing the property, so we didn't get to use their services after all. Their customer service can't be beat and their years of quality work and reviews tell it all. If/when we or someone else needs roofing work, we won't think twice about using their service or recommending Cascade Roofing.

Despite all the rain, they came over and got it done during a couple of days of no rain. Very professional, quick and worked with me and my insurance company. Would highly recommend them.

These guys are absolutely fabulous. I didn't make the job easy on them, and they didn't miss a beat or complain. The roof looks amazing, and they cleaned up beautifully. They also took time out to help me install a skylight during the middle of the job. Highly recommended.

I like a contractor who talks me out of a bad expensive choice. I was really going to try a metal roof that was double the cost! Thankfully Alan Griffin, the owner of Cascade Roofing, talked me down off the proverbial roof, explaining to me it was a bad choice for my home and neighborhood. Once the roofers came, me and my neighbors were very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the crew. I feel like I received a great & fair job from Cascade.

Very honest contractor. They went the extra mile to make sure our yard was clean and all the little details where taken care. The Roof looks fantastic, but i was just as impressed with how professional they where. We got three bids. They where not the cheapest, but if cheap is your goal on your home then there are plenty of fly by night guys out there that would be a few hundred dollars less, but the piece of mind in knowing we are working with experienced professionals on our largest asset is far more important than a few hundred dollars. Mike was unbelievably kind and honest in all of my dealings with him. I re-did my own roof and bought many of my materials from him. He was extremely friendly and fair. When I came to pick up the materials, he offered to drive them over in his truck so my car wouldn't get dirty. And when we got to my home, he gave a couple of quick tips to make sure I did things right. He bought back what materials I didn't use. Honestly I don't know how to phrase it except he was just a wonderful person. One of the most genuine people I've met. And while I can't speak to the quality of his work (though I'm sure it's good), I can definitely speak to the high, high quality of his character.

I asked for quotes from several different roofers. Most of them sent someone over to take measurements then emailed me a PDF file with their quote. Cascade was different. They took the measurements, yes, but then the owner sat down with me in my living room and talked about options in materials and esthetics. He also gave us a color brochure to show us color options. The personal interaction gave me the expectation that they would be there for me if I had any questions or concerns, plus we had solid communication so I understood his recommendations and he understood what I wanted in the new roof.

After I hired Cascade for the job, they communicated with me and set clear expectation about the schedule and timing. As they did their work, I knew what to expect and they followed through to meet the expectations they had set.

The tear down was more than half the cost, and it was well worth it. They parked a small dump truck under the roof in the car port. Then, they had about 20 men up there to remove both layers of old roofing and pitch it directly into the dump truck. They also removed and replaced 10 sheets of damaged plywood. Then they covered it with the first waterproof layer that sits under the shingles. We weren't expecting rain, but knowing it was water tight gave my wife some peace of mind after worrying about leaks from the old roof. All of this took about four hours, so assuming I could work as efficiently as them (and I know I couldn't) it would have taken me two weeks of full time work to do what they did in half a day.

That evening, the supplier delivered the singles and put them on the roof, ready for installation. The next day two men showed up and nailed down the new shingles. They took about 6 more hours. As they were finishing up the owner showed up to help put on some finishing touches and make sure that my yard was left clean and free of any debris from their work. They also rolled a magnetic tool over to pick up any stray nails that might have dropped.

Now, a few years later we're still enjoying the beautiful new roof and the pace of mind that it gives us for not having any leaks. The sky light that they installed is great and we love the additional light on our top floor.

I'll gladly recommend Cascade Roofing to anybody who asks. In fact, last week a co-worker mentioned needing a new roof and I gave my recommendation to him.

Seriously, pick these guys. They are personable, professional, and punctual. Their work is solid and beautiful, and my house looks better than ever while also having the added benefit of keeping the rain out.

These guys have been around forever and do a great job. Honest to say the least, i recommend them to anyone.
