What a great outfit Cascade Lumber is. So very friendly and patient, going the extra mile every time I go there. All the employees seem happy as clams, and the atmosphere there is like a happy family. Much of the credit goes to their boss Evan, the friendliest, most honest, big hearted guy in the world. (No, I’m not making this up, and no, I’m not related )

We've worked with Cascade Lumber for two projects already and both times have been an AMAZING experience!! Debbie Hehn and Rick Holt are both phenomenal to work with in getting the lumber drops scheduled out for us and having the flexibility to coordinate with us if we need the lumber earlier/later, and to add last minute additional lumber & materials we need to be delivered as soon as possible.

In our most recent project, we explained our situation to them about the Seattle inspector in terms of lumber delivery. They worked with us in having the driver give us a call an hour prior to each delivery, so we can meet there and show the inspector how the deliveries that are being made would not be blocking the streets. So long story short, we cannot recommend them enough! Debbie, Rick, and the Cascade Lumber team are awesome!

Best place to get lumber, and everything else you might need for your projects. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I will always use Cascade Lumber for my jobs. They don't stock interior trim,sheetrock etc but have everything else.

Great to work with our salesman, Rick Holt! Fast delivery service, provided all of our lumber for our custom home. When we were looking for Allura Beadboard product to install on the ceilings for the deck Cascade came through for us after contacting the Regional Allura Sales Rep.

5 stars for sure. I've built two decks for my house with materials from their business, They took the time to look over my design and make suggestions for materials needed as well as delivery. Material quality and prices are also great. Ill be using them again!

They must be independently wealthy owners here as they could care less about customers. I've tried on several occasions to speak to someone to help me create a large lumber order. Each time I called they were either "Too busy to discuss an order with me" or "Will have someone call me back. " It has been 13 months and no one has ever called back. I guess they don't need to make $5k on a large deck lumber order. Go to Hamilton Lumber! They are helpful and courteous... something Cascade could learn from.

Eric was easy to work with. Ordered approx 28 windows for my sunroom extension. Quick and painless and delivery guys were very careful with unloading.

Cascade Lumber is absolutely the BEST place for lumber and building materials. Everyone at Cascade Lumber has stellar integrity, is extremely professional, responsive, and helpful. Their prices are also the best around out of a dozen estimates I had gotten. We had a very big project and bought lumber for a +5k home.Their quality of lumber is supreme and we were left very pleased. Chris has a keen eye on what material we needed, when we needed it, and what typically happens in the field in terms of material usage. All materials were delivered earlier than anticipated and orders were complete. I was not an easy customer to deal with by any means and Chris went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my project.

At this point in my project I had gotten to work with multiple other suppliers and quite a few (at least 50% of them) have some shady business practices. In contrast Cascade Lumber has a very open business approach and high standard of practice. I highly recommend them!

Very good staff. They move to the counter quickly to take care of their customers. Competitive on some lumber expensive on others, call around for prices before committing.

10' 2x8 boards were spot on, but 7/16 OSB was $36+ where the big box stores were $30-31.

14" 2x12 pressure treated was $61, it's $51 in Arlington and $43 in Southern My Vernon. Sometimes it's worth the convenience to buy there sometimes it'll be worth a longer drive.

These folks are far and away, some of the finest human beings I've ever met. Integrity and a foundational commitment to humbly serving others is my estimation of the type of people I want to do business with. And I found them here. I would drive a great deal further and spend a great deal more, in order to get my supplies from the Cascade Lumber folks. But, thank God, I didn't have to. They are close to Stanwood, not far onto the island and their prices were excellent. Service was personal, detailed, attentive and patient.
How blessed we are with this "home town" business....

Top rate, High quality and professional. Friendly staff. Not like a big box store! So much better. I wish they sold everything. I have used their service for 5 years now. They have always provided what I needed. They sell professional quality products. They are geared to the builder and owner builder alike. Does not matter if you buy a dollar item or a thousand dollar order, you still get the same high quality service. This is how all businesses should be run. Even the yard staff are helpful and caring. Each time I get a quote from the big box stores they have missed items or over bid the items I requested. Not once has Cascade Lumber messed up. They have saved me thousands of dollars! I am a customer for life!

These guys are the best to work with and have the most competitive prices in the area. Highly recommended and I won’t buy lumber from anyone else from now on.

This is the best lumber yard in the whole state of Washington. Customer service and loading top notch. you can never go wrong buying there. The owner has the biggest heart always giving back to the community.

Easy to find this location. As a delivery driver this place opens up at 6am and they get you in and out rather quickly.

They have a tendency to close a little earlier than their posted hours, messes up your next day projects, because you don't have materials on hand. I have always received good service, once an associate is available to take care of you, the young yard workers are great, especially, helping load your order.

Amazing experience! We originally stopped in to get an estimate for a bed we were wanting to make. We spoke with Joel and he took us on a tour through the wood shed. We came back a day later and spoke with someone else but Joel in the end helped us pick the perfect pieces of wood! The wood is solid and did not splinter when connecting the different pieces together. I wish I could add a picture of the beautiful bed to show all the character the wood had but I can’t. We plan on making end tables and a coffee table and I can’t tell you wow excited I am!! ❤️ Thank you Cascade Lumber!

Went there looking for a certain size of wood for a quick fix for my closets. They had something which was too big but also showed me some other pieces which they use as lath for in between lumber which was the perfect size I was looking for. Will definitely go back there again.
