I recently had a trek deck and cover, cement around the house and redid the driveway with cement, front porch remodel with a railing and fireplace remodel done. It all turned out beautiful. It was a pleasure to work with Lior, his project manager Codie and the crew. I highly recommend considering using LYD for any jobs you may need done.

I am very happy with the work that was done on my foyer/hallway and 6 doors. I was very impressed by the professionalism of both Arie and Codie and the LYD team. Our entryway was a mess when they showed up. I know our old building I live in presented some challenges they didn't expect until walls were opened up. But they gave me peace of mind with their confidence and ability to problem solve those issues. And not once did I have a contractor flake out and not show up. I look forward to working with them again!

LYD Construction did an amazing job for me and I can't recommend them enough!

Recently, LYD completed my downstairs renovation that included new:
- LVH flooring, paint and lighting throughout
- Cabinets/vanities and quartz countertops in the kitchen, primary bathroom and powder room
- Kitchen tile backsplash and fixtures
- Tiled shower and large vanity mirror in the primary bathroom
I was so pleased with the process that I also had them update my upstairs guest bathroom with the same new flooring, vanity, mirror and lighting. What a wonderful major new look throughout my home!

Most people don't speak of their home renovations as excellent experiences, but this was the case for me. There were no timeline or cost surprises. From the initial planning phase, to design/material suggestions and ongoing progress reports, the guidance and communication were excellent. LYD's craftsmen/workers were all very skilled, efficient, and professional. Except for about a week when I was out of town, I continued to live upstairs. The crew made sure I had access to the appliances I needed.

Just completed a medium sized home renovation with this company and would highly recommend them. The work they did for us: rebuilt porch and added a roof over it, redid kitchen cabinets/counters/backsplash and took out part of a wall to add in a large island with seating, installed floor-ceiling deep storage cabinets in dining room, redid a full bathroom and a half bathroom, and installed flooring in multiple areas of our home. The interior work took just 3 weeks! The work was all excellent as was the company’s responsiveness, flexibility, and desire to please the customer. Reasonable costs, too. I’d definitely use them again!

Lior and his team did a beautiful job on our remodel! Lior stayed in communication with us every step of the way. This is not a company that starts work, then disappears. From the day they started, they worked hard, were so efficient and stayed in communication with us.
We have an older house with some quirks, and Lior and his team solved some problems especially with our narrow bathroom. Lior thinks outside the box and helped us figure things out. We are SO excited about the results. They completely remodeled our main bathroom, redid the half bathroom, put in new flooring in bedrooms / bathrooms and added insulation, dry wall and painted throughout the house. They put up and painted trim around the doors and windows too.

It's a small, funky space with a furnace and duct work, but they did a great job working with the situation and delivered top quality craftsmanship. This spring, we worked with Lior and LYD Construction for a remodel of our kitchen and bathrooms, along with other home improvement projects. We couldn’t be happier with the results. From the first conversation to the completion, the experience was nothing but positive.
Throughout the project, Lior was always prompt in responding to our inquiries and kept us posted on progress made throughout the process, which was critically important as we live out-of-the-area and were having the work done to our second home. We also appreciate the quality materials and workmanship that went into this remodel. From the new tiling to the updated cabinetry to the new countertops, along with new carpet and other improvements.

I highly recommend Lyd Construction. Scheduling was fast, they were very communicative the entire time, and all were very professional. I started out with a vague idea of what I wanted to do with my garage, and Lior really took the time to understand how I wanted to use the space and to help me think of creative solutions. He also listened to my budget concerns and worked with me to come up with the best option on less money. They even have financing options! The work was started and completed before schedule, the team was very efficient and cleaned up everything every day, so much that I could barely tell they were even there. LYD was easy to work with. I am really pleased with the kitchen design their team developed. I also appreciated Li-or’s commitment to insure I was happy with the final product. They quickly resolved any issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.

We hired LYD Construction to remodel our master bathroom. The work they did was excellent from start to finish.

Firstly, they had a significantly lower quote than any of the other places around Seattle we had tried.

Secondly, they were extremely flexible both with our budget and being willing to take things out if we wanted to do something ourselves. They were also flexible with the schedule. There were days we had to move the work out and they were always willing to accommodate. We even changed some of the initial design and they were willing to keep it all within the same budget and not constantly add cost.

The work at every step was well done. From the prep work to keep the rest of the house clean to the final cleanup, at each step along the way they asked us for our input and double checked everything was as we wanted it before doing the work.

I also really liked that we were able to purchase our own materials. Not only did that save a ton, but they were willing to help us get bulk discounts and kept us away from materials that wouldn't work.

But I think the highest praise I can give them is the willingness to come back if there are any issues to fix things immediately and without charging extra for it.

All in all we highly recommend using them. We had a great experience.

LYD replaced some century-old floors, refinished other floors, and did some tile work in a bathroom and the kitchen.
The flooring and tile subcontractors they brought in did great work.
It was a relief to have an experienced contractor managing these projects. We are very happy with the final result!

Mike came and checked project and gave a quote on site. Was pushy to get us to sign. We signed the next day but after he brought the engineer project manager. Mike called me and said the project will cost 4-5 times what he originally quoted. He kept explaining it’s my fault but I did nothing just show him the job so I am unsure why it was my fault he misunderstood the job. Overall just be careful the first quote is not by licensed person who knows what they are doing. Mike is a car salesman and only trust second quote but be careful because they have you sign before anyone who knows what they are doing comes to the house.
--- Update -- If you leave a poor review they will harass you constantly, they even offered me money to "talk it out". I get multiple texts and calls every day. I would not recommend this business.

Hire LYD Construction to remove a wall in my tiny garage, so I can park a full length car in. Working with the team was very smooth. They worked out all the engineering and permit sign offs so that the city has proper records of the structural change. Inspectors commented that we overdid it with an I-beam support :)

Team was very professional, communicative, and respective of our schedules. We always knew when they would arrive to work or when we have a waiting period between inspection and next steps.

We did a kitchen and 2 bathroom remodels with flooring replacement for the entire house. Lior worked with us on what our vision was and made helpful suggestions. We were on a tight schedule. Phillip layed out what and when things would be done. Phillip kept in daily contact with us while the work was being performed, allowing us to make adjustments as we went along. Phillip and his crew worked fast and efficiently, adapting to changes as they materialized. We needed the project completed within 7 weeks and they had it finished in 5 weeks. Great job! They exceeded our expectations and highly recommend them.

LYD Construction was great to work with. I had a small project: updating a tub / shower combo. LYD gave me a detailed proposal up front. The work started and ended on schedule, and it cost exactly what they said it would cost. No delays and no cost over runs. And the bathroom looks beautiful!

We hired LYD to take our partially finished laundry room and add a second bathroom and walk in pantry- and we could not be happier! Lyd did a great job on my patio. It looks even better than I imagined. They even fixed the retaining wall by my back door as it began to sag.

We had an old leaky deck that needed some attention. After talking Lior we decided to convert it into an extra room. Lior was great to work with and the results are fantastic. We will definitely use LYD again for future projects!

We hired Lior and his team to do some work on an old 1970s home we bought. We had a tight timeline because we had to move out of our old place. We had a bathroom gutted and renovated, a laundry nook added, and all new flooring throughout installed. They stayed on schedule AND created a high quality result while staying almost completely within the initial estimate.

Lior works with some very skilled specialists. Lior himself, had really good ideas about how to bring a feeling of light and openness into our small dark bathroom. It really worked wonders for the space. Philip, the project manager was really good about coordinating all the moving pieces and making note of our specific concerns and making sure they were addressed. The tile crew did the best work I have ever seen. We have wood beams throughout even in the bathrooms and they did an expert job tiling around the one above the shower, making it water tight. The glass shower door was cut so perfectly it accommodated a small lip on the pony wall (no unsightly gaps).

Overall, a very skilled team. I would recommend LYD for your projects!

Working with LYD was an absolute breeze. The scope was primarily doing tile work on a bathroom I'm in the process of building in my basement. I had them install radiant heat flooring, stone tile on the floor, and subway tile on 1 wall as well as the shower. I didn't choose them because they were the cheapest, though they were competitive. I chose them because I had absolute confidence that they were going to do the job right and do right by me. From start to finish, communication was clear and consistent. Even when we hit a few small snags, they were right on top of it to make the corrections. While his team was in my house, they were tidy, polite, and exceptional to work with. Lior and his team were wonderful to work with. He took time to listen to our goals for our exterior painting, storm door, and porch tile project — a friendly, thorough communicator! Once the project was underway, we got regular progress reports by text, and when a few unanticipated changes arose, Lior and his team promptly worked with us to address them. We love our new tile porch and with the lovely, precise trim painting LYD did, our house looks like new. Highly recommend!

The project was two baths and a Kitchen, living and dining room. Work was completed on schedule even with bumps along the way. The project cost came in as budgeted.

I contacted the company for a quote on remodeling the master and hall bathroom. Lior was very receptive to our needs and suggested a number of ideas before and during the project that were right for our budget and our needs. Most importantly, he works with a set of professionals that truly know their craft: the tile guys did a beautiful job, the plumbing guys were amazing and receptive, and the electric water heater guys were very professional and friendly. They even suggested other ideas that worked much better than our own original plans!
Lior was very communicative and made sure he stopped by to ensure that the work was progressing at a reasonable pace. He was available at all times (even during the weekends and on his holidays), making sure that his crew was working all along.
With every renovation project there are snags and wrinkles, but Lior made the best of the situation to make sure we were happy with the results.

When my basement flooded, I realized I not only needed to repair the inside, but I needed to figure out a drainage solution for the outside. Lior came out quickly, putting together a plan to handle everything. Lior's plan was to install drains, regrade the side, fix my fence and restore the drywall, floor + paint. His crew was top notch and handled this significant project quickly. I went from thinking my house was going to be a mess all year to fixed up
within weeks.

Throughout the process Lior communicated quickly. He also made sure all the work was high quality (adding extra reinforcement to the fence + custom drain solution). Throughout these projects, Lior stays on budget, listens and answers questions. I’d trust him with any project and will be working with LYD in the future.

We had a great experience with Lyd Construction! We've actually dealt with quite a few contractors over the past year, and it can be a big hit or miss. When we had a major structural project needed we reached out to a few to get a few estimates. Lyd Construction gave us a great price with no upsell and attempts to overcharge, and Lior was fantastic to work with. Our experience with him is what really made us decide to go with Lyd Construction, and we're glad we did! Lior was seriously on top of all project management, was quick to respond at all stages of the project, and was there the whole way through sharing updates. The crew was on time every day, did an awesome job, and were super easy to work with and cleaned up spotlessly. One of the best we've worked with and would highly recommend!

We are really happy with Lior’s work, he did really good job in our home to change our carpet flooring to hardwood flooring, lior is very honest and very responsible about his work!!! We are always going to be in touch with him about our home projects big or small and will definitely give his recommendations to our friends and families!!!!

Although Lior’s bid was not the first for my remodel, he was the first to do more — Way more — than toss out an estimate and talk about scheduling. He peppered me with relevant questions and listened carefully to my responses. Lior heard my requirement for Light. He suggested skylights instead of the external wall changes I had imagined. He climbed up into my attic to inspect its structure, then assured me that skylights were possible.
The rest is history — three kitchen skylights, a wall and three doorways removed, a fourth skylight across the dining room. Two baths were remodeled, a tub replaced with walk-in shower, new hardwood flooring and a new patio installed.
Throughout five months of construction Lior was present and communicating with me nearly daily. He skillfully managed work teams and supplies and let me know which materials and workers would be arriving, when, and what they expected to accomplish. The process was enjoyable to watch (I lived in the house during construction) and the results are spectacular.
