I highly recommend Michael Casadaban and his company Casadaban Company, LLC for roof cleaning and pressure washing your house or business. They did a phenomenal job getting 9 years of dirt and grim off the roof, house, shed, patios, walkways and driveway. I thought the shingles on my roof were black, so imagine my surprise when I saw my shingles were a brownish tan color...SURPRISED! They treated the cleaning of my house as if it were their own, by cleaning all the debris off the roof and putting it in a nice pile so I can take care of it. They moved any outdoor furniture from the patios and put it right back (if not in a better spot) where they found it. I am very happy and impressed with the work they did and how different the house looks in its entirety!! I highly recommend and will definitely come back to them in the future.

Everything looked wonderful! Looked sparkling clean and like a whole new house. They even came back and did touch ups after a few days to make sure everything was good to go!

They did a soft wash/chemical clean of my metal roof, which was coated with heavy bacteria growth.
Reliable - met every appointment time (both pre-job visit, several conversations in between, and day of the job)
Honest - followed through on providing me a current copy of the liability insurance
Kept his word - got the job done as requested, and within the predicted time, and at the same price as quoted
Quality - job was done with great care and attention to detail; the final outcome was far better than I expected. They did a phenomenal job on cleaning the chimney also.

We used Casadaban Pressure washing company to pressure was our roof, siding, walkways, and driveways. The work was performed in the time stated and the property was left looking great. We would definitely recommend Michael and the Casadaban Company, and we will be using them in the future.

Called during the holidays and needed some on out quickly. He was out the next day to give a quote. 3 days later out to pressure wash my house and concrete front and back. Very professional. Cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company. I will call them out for my roof next.
