Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. We got hit hard with needing roof repairs on two houses this year and Roberto and his team got both houses, taken care of quickly, appropriately, for a fair price and just an overall standup company! We had multiple other bids done previously before picking this company and the prices and the personnel were not good enough to our standards. I hope we never have to do a repair on any of our other existing houses but if we do, we would definitely come back to them! A+++ which is hard to do in our books! Hire them, they will not disappoint!

Due to a mistake on our part, Roberto had the wrong sized gutter guards. That was a Thursday. The next day Friday, he made good with the correct size guards. Job done no fuss no muss. Thanks Roberto for timeliness and brilliant communication!

We had to get our gutters replaced and Casabella Roofing and Gutters did an amazing job. We got a quick quote and got a good price. The work was all done within half a day and the quality of work was great. We couldn't be happier with our new gutter with gutter guards. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Had Casabella replace the wood decking on my rooftop patio with composite decking and was very pleased with the experience and the finished result. Roberto was great to work with. Coordinated with him to get quotes for various composite decking products and colors and to schedule the work. He made a couple of additional visits to do things like drop off a different color sample or double check joist spacing under the existing decking, which I appreciated. I was able to get a lighter color composite that was similar to the existing painted wood. The crew got the work done (removal and installation of new) in just a few days and were able to coordinate and sequence material delivery, removal, and installation within the access/space constraints for a Seattle townhome.

These guys are very professional and hardworking. This was an emergency situation and they began work immediately. Finished in three days and even helped me open a door I had lost the key to. If needed again I would hire them again.

Reberto was recommended to us by a close friend and him and his crew expeditated our request as we had a leak due to a recent windstorm. Once everything was decided on, they provided new roofing and replaced much of the roof deck that had water damage and mold. All in three days!

We also used his company for gutters and were satisfied with the outcome.

We are really happy with our new roof! We had seen a couple of roofs that Casabella had done in our neighborhood, and were impressed with how nice they looked. One of the homeowners had recommended them to coworkers and family members, who are also pleased with the job they did on their roofs. Roberto was very prompts and getting back to me after I called to get an estimate, and was here during the week, making sure things were being done, right. His employees were super friendly and polite, and seems to be enjoying what they were doing. There was lots of chatting and laughing going. It was fun to listen to them. Roberto and his company did a great job on installing few exhaust vents for my house. They are responsive, professional. I will hire them again anytime.

I discovered a water leak during the recent atmospheric river and contacted seven roofing companies for assistance. Roberto is the lone contractor who came out the day the leak was discovered. Several of the companies asked for prepayment in advance of sending someone to inspect the issue. The prepayment would be credited to any work performed. The wait for someone to be onsite was one to two days. One contractor did offer to tarp the roof, but could not commit to when the roof would be repaired.

Roberto inspected the attic and roof and determined the source of the leak was a cracked air vent. He also discovered the previous roofing company did not properly caulk the fasteners on the vents and flashing. He provided photos of the before and after work.

Because of the weather, he wasn't able to replace the air vents that day, so he tarped the leaky air vent which provided immediate relief. He returned the next morning to replace two air vents (my decision to replace both even if only one was leaking), and re-caulk the fasteners to prevent further issues.

What was most impressive? Roberto's willingness to provide photos of the problematic issues, taking the time explain the issues and his recommendations, and his keen sense of urgency. The total cost of his work, including tax, was less than the lowest sight unseen prepayment request from other companies.

Casabella roofing and it's team totally amazed me with their level of professionalism and workmanship. I was very surprised to meet the Casabella representative for the first time and seeing they already had the floor plan of my home and the roofing structure in their computer, Once I selected the material to be installed product delivery begun and installation was completed in 5 days while we left for vacation. Casabella returned to my home two days after completion of the work for final inspection and issuing warranty for their workmanship. These guys are amazing! They showed up on time and worked long and hard and late into the early evening on that first day to weatherize against the next day's coming rain.

The work they did on our roof was first class. Not only do we finally have a brand new, well ventilated and weather tight roof over our heads... we needed 45 new sheets of plywood!... but it's the little touches they added that take the roof to a whole 'nother level, including... but not limited to... spray painting that ugly power post thing that all the wires to the house go to so that it now blends in, as well as covering up that ugly orange spray paint around the base of our chimney as well.

Our new roof looks AMAZING and we no longer have to worry about the winter rains leaking inside our attic. And into the ceiling. Talk about peace of mind!

Crew arrived on time at 8 am sharp and worked through the day wrapping up the roof installation by evening.
