My company, NAC Group based in Florida, had a project that had an issue, the solution was to use Helical Wire products, coils + insert tools. The product arrived and everything went according to plan, except there was an issue with the tools, I called the company, explained the issue, was told that they have more of the same lot in stock and need to do a quick QC and I would receive a call back. And call back they did, within 15-20 minutes, they diagnosed the issue on their end, discovered it was a manufacturing issue, sent replacements overnight, with a return label for the defective ones. Not only we they quick with a diagnosis, and a replacement, but they also educated me as to the issue I had encountered with their product, but all of this was carried out by their president of the company Chris! Kudos to Chris and his team at Helical Wire Inc., I recommend this company for any all hardware and equipment that might arise for your company, that they can provide.
