Carolinas Best Roofing and Construction

I worked with Carolinas Best Roofing Inc for a roofing project. My contact was owner Francois Nuefville. The work included interior and exterior inspection for roof damage, removal of the damaged roof and installation of a new roof on a 3000+ sq ft house.

Francois was an absolute pleasure to work with. His knowledge, professionalism, and customer service made the project go on smoothly. Roof, gutters and drains were installed in 1 day. He made sure yard was cleaned after install and even returned the next day to ensure I had no concerns or issues.

Every step of the process, from the initial meeting to completion, was done
at the highest level of professionalism and promptly. I was very satisfied with the work on my home and impressed by the company. I highly recommend Carolina Best Roofing Inc and would work with this company again on a home project!!

This team came to my house and replaced my roof in one day!!! Watch out for these guys. Ripped me off for $14,500 to remove one tree from my house and tarp it. Told me they only got $1000 from the insurance company, but sent them a bill for $14,500. Came out of my settlement. They never gave me a written price or estimate when the insurance company sent them. Told me "don't worry the insurance is taking care of it".

They sent the bill wrong to the insurance. Then changed it so they could get the money from my policy.

I flip houses in Greensboro and needed a roof replacement on one of my new properties. Carolina’s Best Roofing came through and gave me a solid roof for a very reasonable price. Can’t wait to work with them in the future.

The crew that came to our home did a great job of replacing our damaged roof. Fortunately for us this was mostly paid for by our insurance company, so when they tried to charge more than the contract was signed for, my insurance adjuster dealt with them.

The biggest issue I have had with them has been the damage that was caused by where they dropped the old and new shingles on my newly completed terrace. It cracked the travertine some. They have agreed to fix it, but only with their contractor and not ours who did the installation. But we have been trying to get this done since March and now the company has become unresponsive to us. I am not one to force the issue, but I think it is time I have to take forget action to get this done.

I rarely post a review, but I must say how very pleased and surprised at how easy it was to do business with Carolinas Best Roofing!! I first met Tommy Williams and was very impressed with his knowledge, experience and professionalism. He went the extra mile to ensure that this job would run smoothly.

The roofers arrived and finished my roof in 1 day, which was sooner than I expected. They were very efficient, experienced and equally as important, kind. When the job was finished, they picked up all debris, which included running magnet machines to pick up nails and other possible metals.

I am very pleased and have had MANY compliments on my roof... I love it, but I have to say that one thing I was most impressed with was the fact that one of the business owners, Francois Neufville, was overseeing the job and wanted to make sure I was satisfied..

Carolina's Best Roofing replaced our roof this spring. Tommy Williams was our contact person and he explained the options and choices available to us. He kept us informed during the process of filing for insurance coverage. The work took about two days and the crew did a good job of taking off the old roof and putting on the new shingles. A cleanup crew at the end of the job took care of left over trash. I would recommend this company if you need to get a new roof.
