They made everything so easy..explained the process to file a claim with my homeowners insurance since we had hail/wind damage. It was easy to reach a live person any time I had questions. They Completed everything in one day. .but they were very careful of all my flowers and shrubs around our home. I highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs!

Hail storm damaged my roof on the evening of Sunday 3/16/2025. I called Jason Leonard with Carolina Custom Roofing Services and he was at my home the next morning to evaluate my situation. Damage was found to my roof, gutters and a metal storage building. I filed a home insurance claim and the team from Carolina Custom Roofing Services took care of my needs. I have a beautiful new roof and I am extremely satisfied with the quality and workmanship done. I would highly recommend Jason Leonard, a local family owned business owner who is a professional & reliable roofing contractor.

Jason and guys did an outstanding job. Very satisfied all around. Tore roof off and replaced all in a day. Also replaced my trim work. Cleaned up all debris and nails. Very satisfied. Highly recommend!

Roofing in 2020. Didn’t put in bathroom vent on roof. They put it into my ac ductwork. Not to mention was to do 3 rooms of ceilings. They put in like 3-6 tiles in each room. Painted the replaced tile ceiling when insurance paid for complete ceilings to be included and his guys were given the insurance paperwork directly 4 times. Mr Leonard refund $845 so I wouldn’t give a bad review.

Jason arranged the installation very quickly, accommodated a last minute shingle decision, had his crew out there early on the installation day, and wrapped it all up quickly to make sure we were covered before the weather moved in.

Jason and Lance were a pleasure to work with. Everything was explained and I was quoted a price I felt I could not pass up. The roofing crew was on time and worked all day with only a short break for lunch. They worked about 11 hours until dark and returned the next morning to finish up and make a final pass to check for debris and remove any if found. I would not hesitate to use Carolina Custom Roofing in the future and would highly recommend them for any Roofing need one might have.

Carolina Custom Roofing has been a great help from understanding my previous roof issue to presenting solutions to solve the inferior work being done by another roofer. We had an excellent experience with Carolina Custom Roofing!!! I’ve worked with big company contractors before & they didn’t care that much about the job. Jason was on top of everything! He came out to give us a free estimate right away, met with me to go over everything thoroughly, explained the process, and even ordered our new shingles THAT SAME DAY! Y’all!!! We had our shingles delivered to our driveway a few days later! The crew arrived early in the morning (7am) to get started & worked all day long (even through rain) to get the entire job done by that night! I could not believe how hard these guys worked! Fantastic experience from start to finish! Jason Leonard met with me on a Monday (the day of my first phone call), quote was very reasonable and fair, signed the contract, materials delivered on Thursday, and new roof by Friday evening on my home in Randolph County that had 20-year-old shingles, multiple dormers and steep pitch. Most pleasant experience I have ever had with a roofing job. Jason and his team are top notch professionals. Workers arrived on time (some were a little early which was fine), started getting organized waiting for daylight, once daylight came, they all started working. You could definitely tell they all had worked together many times. It takes a lot of coordination for eight guys to be working on a roof at the same time and all working safely. The only break they took was to eat a quick lunch on site. Their cleanup was exceptional! Everyone was very professional and courteous. They also found a couple of places where there was rotten plywood that we didn’t know about and they immediately jumped and fixed those areas with no questions asked and no delays at all, they didn’t miss a beat. They could have ignored it and not told anyone, and we would have never known, but these folks are truly professionals and take pride in their work and want to assure everything is done top notch. They were winding up their cleanup as darkness fell. A new roof completed is one day on a 2300+ sq. ft house. They did an exceptional job!

I wish I had known about them last year when I had the roof replaced on my house at the beach which was a complete nightmare. I speak from experience that there are nightmare roofers out there that are negligent and due to their negligence damage, your house inside and out and then refuses to pay for what they damaged, but if you go with Jason Leonard and Carolina Custom Roofing you will not have a bad experience at all.

Oh, and I also found out they also do houses at the beach too, so if you have a beach house even though they are located in Asheboro, they will go and do houses at the beach (just FYI)!!

After a strong storm my fascial siding ripped in half. I called Carolina Custom Roofing and spoke to Matt. I texted him a picture and he was able to replace the piece with the same color as if it had never been replaced. I am extremely happy with job he did. Just wanted to share our experience with Jason. We were very pleased with the work his company provided for our roof repair and replacement. Our home is 43 years old, not leaking but was in need of having new shingles installed. The work included new shingles, underlayment, and sheathing for 6 panels, and flashing. It was a very long day for the installers but everything was still completed by end of day. The team leveraged was great, very experienced. Professional. Clean up after the work was exceptional. Our old roof had a lot of wind damage which Matt Leonard suggested that we have the Farm Bureau Insurance look at for a claim. FB allowed a claim and CCR (not the band) set a date for about a week later and 2 days after that we had a new roof with all damages repaired, new sheeting and shingles. On the third day all the leftover mess was cleaned up. We highly recommend Carolina Custom Roofing for the low price, fast work, quality materials and a very pleasant person to work with. One little part was initially overlooked but they were out immeadiately to take care of it. It is a rare thing to find companies that operate like this, we are very happy.

He came out for the insurance company's inspecting & pointed out the issues he found. The insurance covered the replacement & Matt & his team did a fantastic job on my roof replacement.

Carlina Custom Roofing just recently replaced our roof. We had the pleasure of working with Jason. He was very professional, knowledgeable, worked with us and our insurance company, and had us scheduled on their books within a week of the insurance approval. Jason was wonderful to work with, he always showed up on time and responded immediately to my calls/texts. We had gotten multiple quotes for roof replacement. We don't always choose the lowest bid because we want quality work and professional service. In this case though, CCR had the best reviews and offered the lowest price. We couldn't be happier with our choice to hire CCR. Even with weather delays our new roof was installed within 2 weeks of signing the contract. The crew was professional and courteous. They did an excellent job on the roof and cleaned up & removed all debris. We now have a beautiful new roof that we got at a reasonable price. We would recommend Carolina Custom Roofing to anyone.

Great experience! My ONLY complaint is that I didn't know they were coming on the day they came, and my car was stuck in my garage, so I was stuck in the house that day - and it was loud!
