I could not be more pleased with Capitol Buildings and the service they provided in installing my concrete and building. The salesperson, scheduler and installers were all complete professionals. They answered all of my questions and had the building installed quickly and beautifully in no time at all. Please contact them for all of your building needs.

This has been a a great experience, Mark has been a pleasure to work with. When questions arose he responded promptly and professionally. The contractors meticulously cleaned their trash prior to leaving . I am highly satisfied with my building and the price comparison to others was definitely worth it.

Had to deal with 3 different companies to get building done.
Capitol sells them,
Diamond Outdoors (which apparently is a sister company and a good way for Capitol to keep there hands clean once sold) schedules instalation, then sub actually installs.
Sighed contract on 8/23. Expected install in 3-4 weeks. I heard nothing. I contacted Capitol and got message that it would be 4-5 weeks due to weather. I heard nothing.
Tried calling Capitol and just get voicemail.
Called Diamond and was told I would be contacted beginning of week 7 to schedule.
I heard nothing.
I tried calling Capitol & Diamond end of week 7 and got no response. Tried calling again on week 8 and finally got a call back end of week 8.
Contractors would be here Wednesday the following week. (Oct. 23rd). I rearranged my work schedule to be home that day. Contractors call late Tuesday and can't make it on Wednesday due to flat tire on trailer. Can I do Thursday. Reschedule my appointments again.
Contractors show up on Thursday and my building finally goes up on Oct. 24th.
Overall, they did a good job except one problem. They left a mess of screws all around work area! My truck found one and so did my mower! Thankfully, truck wasn't affected but mower, not so lucky.
I have included a pic of what I have picked up so far. This is on gravel so they blend in a bit.
For them to use a magnet roller would be bennificial.
Poor communication, extended install time and damaged tires.

Absolutely the worse company to work with. Customer service is awful. They have it to a T of wiping their hands of any problems and throw it onto Diamond. Would 100% just recommend buying the building from Diamond. Building do leak no matter what they say. And THEY DO NOT CARE just tell you to call someone else and do not recommend anything to help or try to help.

Bought a three sided carport from Capital. Price was fair, delivered and erected on time. Lidio and crew did a great job erecting it despite the 90 degree weather. We're satisfied.

Back in November I ordered a 31x48’ building from Capitol. They installed concrete in December & building on January 5th. They were very punctual & did a great job up to this point, but then the problems began. I got an 18x8’ garage door on Jan 17th & the contractors they sent out were horrible. They asked to use our gas grill to heat the building bc it was cold & they didn’t have the right parts to put up my door. They told me they’d be back the next morning to take care of installing it, & by lunch had not shown up. I called Misty at the building company & she sent them out bc they wouldn’t answer my phone calls. All this time I’m paying rent on a storage building bc I can’t get my door installed. They arrived to install the door & were obviously upset with me for calling building company bc they wouldn’t speak to me, so I waited on the house while they installed the door & they left without even letting me know they were done. When I went out to check the door they had installed it with a huge dent in 1 of the panels. I sent pics to Misty @ Capitol & was promised they’d get it fixed & after calling 3-4 times a month they quit answering my calls.(Misty) I left a message on May 7th that I would be contacting the BBB if they didn’t respond to me & was contacted by the owner (Tristan) who apologized & assured me he would take care of my door in a timely manner. I also sent him pics of the damaged panel. After contacting him a few times I was told he has the panel in Stockton Monday June 10th, but he still hasn’t gotten it to me. This has been an ongoing delay for me bc I can’t have the garage opener installed until I get this panel fixed & it’s been going on since January. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. So change my 1 star to none!

A few years ago, we contracted Capitol buildings to build a carport behind our home. We paid the up front deposit and were told a sub contractor would come out to pour concrete before they continued. For approximately 4-6 months we waiting with no word on any work despite multiple calls which went straight to voicemail. Finally after months of voicemails, they called and informed me that they would send someone out. A sub finally come out to look at the job and told us he would get the framing and concrete done. This was approximately on Dec.21st when he came out. He bring a machine and poorly framed the 18-21” section before putting up 3 pieces of wood and saying he would be back to do the concrete later and that we needed to pay upfront for framing. We paid the few hundred dollars and never heard from him again. No concrete, no proper frame. Nothing.

I called multiple times just to finally be told that they fired the contractor who was suppose to do my work as he was not completing jobs fast enough and that they had planned to call and tell me eventually… lost out on a few hundred for the “framing” and never got back a deposit at capital buildings claimed the sub contractors were not there issue at that I should despite it if I wanted my money back. Due to all the months of waiting though, the 90 days were past. Very poor experience and company.

Overall it was a good experience, my concrete got pushed out due to weather (understandable) the building show up and was installed about 2 weeks earlier than expected all good the overall experience with capitol themself was easy and painless. Now the contractors that were used for the building and concrete. Concrete guys were quick but a little rude, the guys who put the building in they took me 45 minute breaks than a smoker at a high performance job. About 36 hours to install a 30x30x12 but overall not a bad experience

Capitol Buildings has great buildings great service on their end the installation department not so much didn’t keep in touch and let me know status on installation date like they said communication is key in any and all business but all in all building is up and looking good now just waiting on panel doors to be installed

Service was great and the company was excellent to deal with and kept us up to date on everything. The building is prefect and everything we wanted.

They provided me with exactly what I need for a building. They beat a competitors price and told me it would be installed in a few months and low and behold it was from start to finish done in several weeks. Would consider doing business again in the future.

I ordered my building in August of 2021 and it was installed in April of 2022. I already had my concrete so I didn't use them for this. The guys that installed my 30 x40x12 building were very professional and clean. I have had no issues with my building since it's been installed. If you are patient this is a very good company to work with.

Purchased a 30x50 Picnic Shed from Capital Buildings it was a turn key job(concrete/install). The building was perfect for the space and the installers left the area clean and nice!

Very disappointed with the Capitol building side of this transaction. I signed a building and concrete contract. It was never explained to me that the concrete contract not a true contract. By the time I was ready for concrete the prices was $1000 more than the contract I had signed. This lead to several disagreement between the concrete finisher and myself. I tried contacting Capitol building to intervene since I had signed a concrete contract with them. After the 3rd issue I was basically told to leave them alone and they had nothing to fo with concrete finisher. The guy I signed my contract with at Capitol Buildings did a poor job of explaining.

If you need a building, go straight to diamond and leave these guys out of the picture. If you have a problem all they do is tell you that the installer is a sub contractor and you have to take it up with them. The contractor wont call me back to get his screw up fixed. I was told when I ordered the building that if there was a problem it would be fixed and that's not happening. No help at all with getting my problem fixed. The install contractor tried to leave all the garbage for me to get rid of.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a building. The employees are most responsive and respectful and the prices are reasonable as well.

They come out and built me a 24x24a frame carport both vehicles fit under it perfect no problem at all great people to deal with best prices around highly recommend using them I will definitely use them again

I've never had any problems with capitol buildings.they are very dependable and fast.I've helped on a few of the buildings put up and everything was done very professionally.

Great customer service very friendly does excellent work. If you need a roof or building I recommend giving them a try.

Was done in a timely manner ad workers clean the mess up before leaving. Alot of ppl need to be patient as things are hard to get shipped but it is well worth the wait ad price.

Capitol builders is a great place to get your building needs they have great staff in great owner they will do anything they can to supply your needs if possible I would refer them to anybody and everybody great company to deal with you will be satisfied and please and great prices

I recently purchased a building from Capitol buildings and I had a pleasant experience with them. They came out to my house in a very reasonable amount of time and put the building up. It’s a nice study building and they did a really good job. They also cleaned their mess up before they left. I am highly satisfied with my building and the price wasn’t bad either.I would definitely buy from them again.

I had a new metal roof installed on my house several years ago and I love it going to capitol buildings is the best decision I ever made they were prompt polite and did a great job haven’t had any issues would definitely recommend them and would use them again

I I purchased my building November 2020 didn't get the concrete until February 2021then I had to call and get it delivered. Every week they tell me it will be delivered at the end of the month. Still today no building. Called yesterday they told me they could deliver it in 4 weeks but didn't know when they could put it up she also told me if someone steals it it was on me. Nov 2021 will be 1 year from the time purchased my building and doesn't look like it will be anytime soon. Have a meeting with a lawyer Friday
