Mark Sears is a very professional guy. He comes to your home and does a thorough walk through and gives you exactly what you asked for. The employees do a very outstanding job with the work that they do and clean up once the job is done. He also calls and follows up on the work that was done and corrects anything that is needed as promised. Matt and company did a great job on my roof. Quick and easy to get an estimate, the scheduler texted and informed me of the timeline. The materials were delayed a day, but the crew worked sun up to sun down. The roof looks great.

Horrible experience… They owe subs so much money, do not hire only if you want a lien in your home because they won’t pay roofs they owe hundreds of dollars to subs. It sucks working so hard and for people to just take advantage of you but they are standing up now and making sure the homeowners are aware.

Had a leak around my chimney and Matt sent someone out to temporarily fix it, immediately. After the rain subsided, he had his guys return and fix our flashing. Wonderful quality, affordable, and great customer service. Matt will take care of his customers, and THAT is how you get return customers, and referrals. The service speaks for itself through happy customers like my family!

I had a few shingles blow off my roof. Crew came out and did inspection of my roof, presented an estimate to replace the shingles that had blown off as well as make a few repairs to a few other issues they found. We agreed on a price, which was reasonable and they took care of the repairs while they were there. Very satisfied and will use them again.

Needed a tune up on my roof and ge came out next day and under the estimate . His team was very professional and completed and cleaned up job on schedule.

Do not hire this company. We have had nothing but problems since roof was put on. It was supposed to be 25 year roof...lasted maybe 2. They came out at the start of our problems a few times to put a bandaid on the meds. A few months later changed owners and when we need them they said they could not find where we had it installed. I provided paper work and they never came back. We have spent thousands and many hours everytime a wind storm comes through. My home owners won't pay for another bc of newness. It's changed owners again. I tried to reach out again 3 times and they won't return my call. Terrible customer service and shoddy work.

These guys are extremely talented and fast. I am a Realtor that’s worked with lots of roofers and these guys are top notch and a cut above the rest. If they say they will do something they do it as promised.

Needed new gutters and was put in contact with Matt Sears. Was able to have him out the next day for an estimate and the rest was history. Gutters came out beautifully and in a very timely fashion. The last second decision to add gutter guards towards the end were reasonably priced and the icing on the cake. Ruben and his crew did the installation and they were very friendly and respectful. Overall everybody involved did a great job and I highly recommend this company. It is run professionally top to bottom.

This is a great team, from sales (Matt) to installation crew and installation support (Maggie) onto customer support. These people care about doing the job right and in a timely manner! The crew showed up, executed the replacement of the roof and cleanup to an extent that it's undetectable they were here, except for the beautiful new metal roof...and FAST but RIGHT!! Excellent!

Covenant responded quickly to my roof issue and took immediate steps to mitigate any further damage. Even though my insurance would not cover it, Matt at Covenant remained completely professional and charged me way less to repair my roof than the adjusters estimate. This company is honest and I would definitely use them again.

The team at Roofing Pro is AWESOME! After windstorms and heavy rain my roof was in disrepair, and I had some interior water damage. I called several companies but was having trouble finding a company that could do it all. I contacted Chris Love and he guided me through the entire process. I’m a new homeowner, so I was a bit nervous because I had never been through this process before. I had LOTS of questions and he was knowledgeable, informative, professional, and responsive. The shingles I wanted were backordered due to supply chain issues, but Chris promptly notified me when the ones I wanted were available. He kept me informed via text when I couldn’t talk on the phone during business hours. The team at Roofing Pro worked around my hectic schedule and were able to get the roof on my house and garage replaced in one day. My kitchen/living room ceiling looks brand new! I highly recommend Roofing Pro for any roofing, painting, or home construction needs!

Not worth the money. Not deserving of the designation “Pro”

If it seems like they have good prices, it’s because they’re expecting you to do their work for them. So get everything in writing, otherwise they’ll try to claim you’d ask for something different, or allege that they already gave you a deal on something. When the window sashes that I ordered were delivered to my house, no one from their company came out to verify that the correct sashes came in, so it was up to me to point out that they weren’t right. When I asked about the opaque bathroom window that was the primary purpose for hiring them, it took 4 extra months from when I pointed out that they’d ordered the wrong size opaque window for them to fix the error. When the “1 day project” kept stretching on, it was up to me to update them, because they weren’t tracking their independent contractor’s progress. When they finally got the correct sashes, I discovered from the new installer that the original installer hadn’t properly sealed my windows, so I’d spent all winter with improperly installed windows. And even when I tried to bring my original issues to the attention of management, no one could be bothered to respond. Instead their customer service rep tried to threaten a mechanic’s lien rather than fulfilling the terms of our original contract. And despite the owner promising to “come personally with my installer to do a full final inspection and address any issues I see and/or you are not happy with”, he still won’t be bothered to do it. Save yourself a headache, use someone else.

Addendum: their response to my review is laughable. There was nothing that I requested that was not in the original agreement that I made with their representative. So their claim that they had to perform extra work is baseless. As is the claim that Matt called to come by after the final install. He never reached out after the installation until I took issue with their lies. And again, they didn’t order the windows correctly, they messed up and ordered the incorrect size for the required frosted window.

After several months, I’m regretting using them for my bathroom window even more. Their sales rep didn’t think there would be a difference between a double hung and picture frame window, and now I’m left with staining around the edges where the double-hung window would move up and down, which is a pain to clean. After get an opinion from an actual window expert, I was told that’s why they always advise customers to go with picture frame style. Maybe this company is good at roofs, but don’t use them for windows.

I reached out to Matt at Roofing Pro about some roof damage. He responded within minutes and we got the job scheduled. The work was done within a week and for a great price. It’s nice to have a reliable roofing company on your side.

We worked with Roofing-Pro while we were under contract, and immediately after purchase of our home. They gave us a competitive quote during due diligence period. A piece of our concessions was partial payment on a new roof. We were afraid it was going to be messy, with payments split, but Chris and his office and accounting team made it easy. Chris was attuned to our communication style, and gave us lots of updates during the process. He also responded quickly to our questions, and made sure to address our initial concerns with the old roof and chimneys. He took the time to explain the process, and help us gauge expectations regarding timeframe of the project-which was super fast! The project, and clean up, were completed professionally and the quality of the new roof was obvious. No doubt we made the right choice. If you are looking for a company that doesn't just treat you like another "job" then look no further! Thanks Chris, and the Roofing-Pro team!

Recently I gave Roofing Pro a bad review because of a former employee. I would like to retract that review because today Chris Love reached out to me and was genuinely concerned that I was unhappy. In a matter of a couple of hours he took care of my concerns. I would highly recommend Roofing Pro to all my family and friends because of the way Chris was truly concerned that I was unhappy. While in a crunch to get my roof replaced I was nervous about who to select to do the work since there are some competitors out there that promise the world but fail to deliver 100%. This roofing company is top tier! Excellent pricing but most of all excellent workmanship and attention to details. I was given the opportunity to choose a top of the line shingle (Certain Teed), in my wife's color of choice (Resawn Shake), which complimented the color of brick in our house.
