Carlson Renovations LLC

Im currently prepping my house for a new tenant and I originally called Carlson renovations to get a quote for attic crawl space cleaning and Andrew came out the same day. I mentioned concerns about termites and he told me the brand he uses and quoted me a fair price to clean the crawl space and spray. He noticed something about the venting being illegal and offered to fix that as well (and he was right, the person who appraised my house said the same thing). I called a second time to see if he could haul away some old concrete and boulders and he was able do it that day! He came for another load the next day and he works fast. I have a lot to do in little time and he really helped me out and took some big burdens off my plate and his response time is impressive! I’ll def be using Carlson Renovations in the future!

Great person to work with! Very neat. I needed to hang a ceiling fan, change out a surveillance camera and change out 2 light fixtures. It was super fast and totally affordable!

I would give more stars because the responsiveness and professionalism shown by Andrew left a positive impression. More than once Andrew asked questions, made suggestions and made good on his promises. The crew’s work ethic is punctually consistent with their productivity, giving quality performance with their craftsmanship. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each task performed, used their own equipment, showed up on time and made me look good in my wife’s eyes for choosing Carlson Renovations LLC.
