Fair prices and great service. James completed our most recent service and was very professional and efficient. Gave great advice for maintaining our system between services.

Jed Gooras was timely, courteous and thorough. He explained everything and even corrected a billing error so I would not be overcharged. Excellent service!

Kevin, our technician, did an amazing job for us. It was a difficult job to troubleshoot. But he stuck with it and figured it out and got the rooftop unit up and running again. I appreciate his hard work and was very upfront with his process and how it was going throughout.

Very pleased with our new HVAC system. Installers were great, System works great. Energy rebate was more than they quoted on the estimate.

We were very impressed with Osley. He fully explained his work and what was needed to correct the few problems we had.

I recently switched to Carbon Valley from another company and am impressed so far. The other company did great work, but their prices were significantly higher for the same routine services. Carbon Valley charges a reasonable rate, scheduling was fast and easy, they had availability much sooner than the other company (other company's wait was two months for a routine A/C check up and Carbon Valley got me in the next week), and James was professional and kind, giving me tips to help prevent issues later on.

Fantastic diagnostics and repair from Senior Technician Kevin. He quickly assessed the situation and pinpointed the problem with the AC compressor. Kevin did a thorough inspection to make sure there were no other issues and recommended some good improvements that can be made to the air filter and pipe insulation. His professionalism, experience, and in depth knowledge of HVAC systems is clearly evident and much appreciated. I highly recommend Carbon Valley Heating & Air for all your HVAC needs.

We are having a heat wave and our air-conditioning stopped working. We called Carbon Valley Heating and Air and they had a tech out the next morning! The service charge was very reasonable! We will definitely use them again :)

Josh Robertson came out today and was great! He was able to get our A/C running while still needing to order parts for the permanent fix.

Josh Robertson was great! First helping when we initially reported the issue with the thermostat. Then he came out again the next day and replaced the thermostat under warranty and then walked us through the settings on the new thermostat. Carbon Valley Heating and AC has always done a great job for us. Very personable and friendly techs as well as office staff like Tanesha (hope I spelled the name correctly). Thank you to everyone!!

I had expectations for the service and I’ll say they went above and beyond. Jed came by and was very thorough and left me with a great report!

I called CV H&A for a second opinion on my A/C unit after being told the unit needs to be replaced. Josh was very professional and thorough. He was able to find that my refrigerant charge was low and possibly has a small leak, but just needed to be charged and I was notified of the possibility of needing to replace the condenser if the leak was too large. I was quoted $20k-$30k for a new unit for another company. Josh's diagnosis's was accurate and it helped me to confirm that the other big name company "SE" is a bunch of highway robbers. You've earned my business!

Josh Robertson came out the same day as the call for our ac. It wasn't putting out any cooling. He was professional and friendly with our dogs the whole time.

Gavin was great! Really took his time to check the entire HVAC system and make sure he did everything possible. No pressure for additional services but informed us of what was needed.

Kevin was knowledgable and eager to let me know when I didn't have problems and made needed repairs without trying to boost the cost. My air conditioner was old enough to justify a replacement but he only had to replace a capacitor to get it running again.

Had a great experience with Carbon Valley Heating and Air. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. They gave me a fair quote on replacing my AC. no upselling, no pressure just honest info and options. What really stood out, though, was the service.

I can't express the total satisfaction I have with Carbon Valley Heating and Air !!!!! I had my water heater replaced 3 years ago and was totally blown away with their professionalism. Yesterday I had my furnace replaced (it didn't break down. it was just 22 years old). The respect that Gavin and Oklee (sp) gave to me and my property was second to none !!!!! The explanations that I given were to the point and in a non technical language that I understood. I have so much trust in this company, that I would give them the keys to my house, my debt card and pin and not have to worry about a thing. I can't forget about Wes. Blake performed an excellent job tuning the two air conditioning units. He recommended cleaning the HVAC units and replacing the capacitors in the outside AC units before they went out. Blake was professional and courteous.

Backstory: Furnace went out Christmas morning. Called 3 HVAC companies in the area frantic for help. I 300+ tropical house plants living under my roof.
Carbon Valley Heating and Air are the only ones who had an answering service that alerted them to my distress call. Within 45 minutes a representative Jeb from Carbon Valley was calling me and Within 2 hours of my initial call he was here. After inspecting my 20 year old furnace he came to the conclusion it was not worth fixing because the integrity was compromised and showed me what he was talking about. He showed concern and empathy. He also gave tips for keeping the heat inside my house and provided loner space heaters. He did not leave untill we had a plan of action. The next day another representative Jeremiah had an appointment at 10 am and was here promptly to give us a quote for replacement. Jeremiah worked quickly and digitally with respect to my home. He explained everything that was in the quote and why he quoted it for my home. Financing was something we had to do for this project and it was easy and hassle free. We then Scheduled installation. The team Travis and his trainee arrived early again with respect and diligence. I liked the text message alerts that give you a photo and name of technicians who are expected to arrive and an eta. Not only did they do excellent work but they went above and beyond to make sure things were kept clean and worked around my indoor jungle makeing sure to close the door to keep the heat in. They did little extra things like cleaning off the top of my water heater from dust. Not something they had to do but they did. Things like this can be extremely stressful especially during the holidays but the team at Carbon Valley Heating and Air made this nightmare after Christmas not so bad. Thank you guys. And to the wonderful woman who's name ecaps me who answered the phone on Christmas morning a special thank you.

2023 Review: Carbon Valley is our go-to company for all our HVAC needs. They helped us keep our old dinosaur furnace alive for several years so we could plan for a replacement. They came in and replaced our furnace efficiently and the technicians are always great. We recently had them clean our ducts and we couldn’t be happier with the newly clean air!

Update from 2025: We moved and called these guys for annual maintenance on our new systems. James was great! He looked at our system and gave practical recommendations, and actually did maintenance (we had a company out a few weeks ago that “couldn’t” do anything unless we paid an additional $550 for services that were not necessary…) - this company remains honest and reasonable.

I had the very best experience with Carbon Valley HVAC. Dale was excellent in coming out and listening to my concerns with my air conditioner and furnace. He spent over three hours looking at my old AC and Furnace, measuring, doing a load measurement and then sitting down and explaining my options and financing. I was concerned about all my plants around my old AC unit and I was nervous they would be cutting into my basement ceiling. He reassured me that my plants would be fine and no need to get into my ceiling. And yes he was right! I had two other appointments setup with other companies to get quotes but I felt Dale was so knowledgeable and good at what he does and never pushy that I said - let’s do it! Kaye has been fantastic with setting up appointments and helping me out. She like Dale are quite an asset to your company. Loved Travis and Victor who installed both units. They were professional, funny, worked so well together and were great in explaining what they were doing and they even let me watch them. The outside and inside were as clean when they left as before they came in. You have hired two great men to do the installing! Thank you Carbon Valley HVAC and I Highly Recommend your company.
