In 2024 an extremely bad hailstorm went through my town. I had roof damage, window damage, and siding damage. I contracted with Capital Exteriors out of Bismarck, ND to have everything fixed. Capital told me before we started on the repairs, that they would be there to also take care of any insurance problems I might encounter. My insurance company did everything they could do, to not have to pay for a lot of the damage. My claim turned into an insurance nightmare. one that lasted a full year. Benton Obregon, with Capital Exteriors, helped me through all of the insurance business and was there to make sure my insurance company paid for what they owed on my claim. Benton truly knows how to protect the homeowner when it comes to dealing with an insurance claim. I was thankful to have him on my side. Capital Exteriors workmanship was excellent. They are a company who knows product, pricing, insurance and how to get the job done right. If I ever need anything done in the future, it will be Capital Exteriors that I will be contacting to do the job.

We have been working with Captial Exteriors for over 3 YEARS…they had my back through the entire process of fighting with my old insurance company to get my roof and gutters replaced. Benton and his team were very, very patient with my account throughout this ordeal. Once they were able to finally complete the project, they were efficient. My new roof and gutters look great!

This past August we had damage to our roof from storms. We had Benton come out and look at it for us as we filed a claim with our insurance company. Benton made sure to be here when the insurance adjuster came out and fought for us when the adjuster claimed there was zero damage. They filed for an appeal on our behalf and we ended up winning and got a total roof replacement! Thank you to Benton and his team! They are wonderful people to work with!

The crew did a phenomenal job at cleaning up throughout the project and we are very pleased with the work that was done. I appreciated the quick response when I asked for a gutter estimate- Benton was here within 24 hrs, compared to other companies where I didn't even get a response. He was also quick to follow-up and answer my questions. He worked with me to stay within my budget. I didn't get the name of the nice young man who did the work, but he did a good job and I appreciate it. I referred my neighbor to them. Thanks guys!

Capital exteriors was amazing to work with!Benton took control of working with our insurance company who originally was unwilling to replace all of our siding due to only half the house having hail damage. Our siding was no longer made and our insurance would not budge on replacing all of it so it matched. With a little time Benton and capital exteriors were able to work with our insurance company and get it all covered! The siding, shingles and rock turned out amazing! Highly recommend using them for future housing needs!

I am very pleased with Capital Exteriors. I had two roof leaks in two separate locations. Benton O diagnosed the problems and the crew completed the repair in two days. It appears that the chimney problem was a result of prior reconstruction of the chimney a number of years ago but the shingles weren't properly sealed, which the Capital Exteriors guys fixed. The second leak was harder to diagnose but was properly taken care of.
