These guys know insurance restoration! They fully audited my insurance adjustment and made appeals on my behalf for a more thorough restoration. After attaining a much better claim adjustment, they let us take our time totally redesigning our exterior. Thanks to their team our house got an amazing makeover. New siding that was exactly what we were looking for as well as new roof, gutters and down spouts. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Highly recommend!

We had someone come out to our house in August to look at damage from a storm. He stated that he would get the information to our insurance company and start the process. We haven't heard anything from them since and our insurance company hasn't either. When I call, I always have to leave a message and shockingly, never hear back.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Capital Exteriors for a home improvement project, and I feel compelled to share my terrible encounter to warn others. From start to finish, my interaction with this company was nothing short of a nightmare.

First and foremost, their customer service was abysmal. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone from their team, and when I did manage to reach them, they were unresponsive, dismissive, and lacked basic professionalism. It seemed as though they had no regard for their customers' concerns or needs.

The quality of work provided by Capital Exteriors was shockingly poor. The project was riddled with mistakes, shoddy craftsmanship, and subpar materials. It was evident that their workers lacked the necessary skills and expertise to complete the job to a satisfactory standard. The end result was not only unsightly but also structurally compromised, leaving me with additional repair costs.

Furthermore, the project was significantly delayed, far beyond the promised timeline. Capital Exteriors consistently failed to meet their own deadlines, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. Their lack of punctuality and failure to communicate effectively only added to the overall disappointment.

To make matters worse, Capital Exteriors displayed a complete lack of accountability. When confronted with the numerous issues and concerns, they deflected blame, made excuses, and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. It was clear that they prioritized profit over customer satisfaction, leaving me feeling cheated and taken advantage of.

In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering Capital Exteriors to steer clear of this company. Their poor customer service, substandard workmanship, and lack of accountability make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice for any home improvement project. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and financial loss by seeking out a reputable and reliable contractor instead.

I saw these guys on Facebook and figured I'd give them a shot at bidding and doing my roofing project and new gutters. They came out measured the roof with a drone and gave me a detailed estimate. The nails were cleaned up well. The roof looks great!

I contacted them about getting our roof done during our escrow process and the short deadline we had. I got a fast kind response and they were out in 3 days and done in 2! Work was clean and done amazing! Thank you and will always use and recommend you!

Company was very prompt professional great clean up after the work was completed one day turn around. Would highly recommend, the price for the work was superb. Everyone looks for the best deal which is life these days but these guys are great to work with and saved me thousands when compared.

When a hail storm did a number on our vinyl siding & gutters...we called Capital Exteriors. It was a perfect time for me to get more of personalized look to our home’s siding...something I wanted to do for a long time. Joe was great at helping me choose & decide on a wood shake that would break up the vinyl look & compliment our home. We were happy w/ their workmanship and their careful inspections- increasing the value of our insurance claim/benefit.
Jon also stepped in & helped take care of some final details when they arose. His kindness & compassion shown to us, when we needed it...is something I’ll never forget. There’s no place like home & there’s no other contractor like Capital Exteriors.

Zero Stars, would not recommend. Hired for storm damage repair, hired a third party to left a mess of nails, popped our tires, Jon did not come to collect nails, still finding them 2 years later. Roof was done shady. caused landscaping damage and did not fix. Siding was done by 3rd party and was not properly nailed, than not fixed timely and now siding is wavey.. Jon will not fix. Just keeps sending bills that get higher and higher than the final bill e sent a year ago. no additional work was done, has not fixed the damage he has caused. Terrible work, terrible customer service. Just a smiley sales man.

They went to my aunts house on September 9th and told her that they would be working on her house WITHIN 3 weeks. 2 months go by and my aunt couldn't get ahold of them, finally she got ahold of Matt and he promised that she would be "one of the first 5 houses that they do before winter" never heard from them again. Tried calling again and didnt hear back. Do not recommend. She paid them $5,600+ for the materials already. If you are paid, you should do the work or have better communication. I was there for the whole conversation with Matt.

They were a great company to work with. I had some additional damage to my roof that they found while inspecting it and within a week they had my roof opened up and doing the repairs. From the time I called them to completion was 2 weeks, I think that's fast.

I would recommend Capital Exteriors to everyone. They were fast, easy to get a hold of and I feel they went above and beyond to get the job done.

The work they did was great! I would give 5 stars if based only on the work, but the communication was not great. After the hail damage on our roof and gutters, I hired them to replace them both. They replaced the roof in no time (and we have a really steep roof) and they started on the gutters. They didn’t finish the gutters for about 3 months because of winter until they needed the money. Capital also told me that our siding had hail damage and that they would talk to our insurance/adjuster to get them to take a look again and we would hire them to redo our siding, and they wouldn’t answer our call when we tried to follow up.

Capital exteriors went over and above to get my roof replaced after 3 different hail storms my insurance company sent inspectors out on all of them and said i did not have enough damage to warrant a claim yet the neighbors all got shingles replaced.I was out on business trip to S.D.. when my agent was coming to inspect my roof Malachi went to my place and met with my agent in place of me and got my roof replaced and my older garage had t-locks on got them to cover them as well. without him being there i know what the outcome would of been thanks Capital great crew and a awesome job of cleaning up afterwards

Capitol Exteriors had a quick response for our request for our parsonage roof. The agent explained the process well. Work was completed very timely and neatly. They kept us informed throughout the process. We would highly recommend this company.

I needed some roofers to shingle a few jobs and John got his crew in there on time and they did a great job!

Capital Exteriors (Matt) came and knocked on my door one afternoon and explained that I had discontinued shingle (T-Locks). He gave me a free roof inspection and believed there was enough damages to file an insurance claim. They helped me through the entire process including meeting with my insurance adjuster. Long story short they were able to get my roof bought by my insurance company and had it completed within days of the approval letter. They were great to work with and made it very easy on me the homeowner. Thanks for all your hard and honest work.

I like Jon and he did good work on roofing and gutters. But then my roof leaked, and the guys he sent out to fix it didn’t do a thorough evaluation and didn’t get it fixed as it kept leaking through the ceiling with every thunderstorm, so after a couple years I had some interior water damage show up. He did get it fixed now and we’re working on fixing the interior.

Capital Exteriors fit me in on a super critical schedule and did high quality work. They were also careful around our numerous bushes and flowers, and cleaned up so well that you could hardly tell they were there. The only rub I had was that the crews came and went at odd times. All in all, highly recommended.

These guys are awesome! They replaced the gutters on my house last summer, they were quick and efficient! They were also very honest, I had one gutter that was fairly new still so they left that one in place instead of replacing that too and charging me for one that wasn't necessary! I'd highly recommend these guys for their excellent exterior house work!

These guys are hard working, honest AND fun to be around! Fun fact: they have been working on exterior projects since they were teenagers (tons of experience!) I appreciate their attention to detail and the passion for excellence they bring to the business.
