Can Do All

I met Ron Harlos roughly six months ago. He came to give me an estimate to replace a textured ceiling. He was polite and personable, and his quote was fair. A few weeks before the scheduled start of the job, I experienced some uncertainty with my employer and unfortunately had to delay the ceiling. Ron again was very understanding. When I invited him back a few months later, I informed him that I was ready to move not only on the ceiling, but on other projects as well. He took measurements and a few days later got me updated quotes for a bathroom renovation and some other items. I emailed back asking some follow up questions. This is where my experience turned sour. Ron did not return my email. I waited a week or two and then sent another. I have now left several voicemails for Ron as well (over the span of almost two months time) in addition to follow up emails. I don't know where Can Do All disappeared to, but I do know I have not received the courtesy of a response. If the owner would like to get in touch with me to explain, I'd be happy to amend this review. But I am bewildered at the moment given that I was ready to dump a lot of cash into one or multiple projects, ready to begin, and I haven't received any communication whatsoever. In the least, I would be satisfied to know that now is not a good time and we can re-connect in X number of months once a presumed workload dies down. Ron may do great work. I can't say. I got the impression he was very good at his craft and I truly enjoyed meeting him - seems like a good guy. Unfortunately, this company has gone off the grid...

Can Do All just finished a beautiful from porch and new roof on my house. The work was done professionally and to my specifications and I could not be happier. The price was fair and well worth it.
