As Jerry said for 12c (flatbed) delivery, despite lack of any signs, if you enter the lot before checking in you will get yelled at by a 40ish guy (short blond hair white guy). Honestly, I found it funny because the guy was so over the top rude and I couldn’t stop laughing. It could be temporary due to his boyfriend running off with a trucker, or he is just a miserable person. They want you to park on the slap in front of their building before entering the gated area (where the P is in the photo). The forklift driver was cool and fast, just beware of the angry paper pusher wearing high vis.

This review is for truck drivers. First off if this is your first time to this facility there is public parking there. The sign and the lot says 48 hours. Also if this is your first time here and you are delivering to building 12C do not pull through the gate. You will be greeted by a very rude gentleman that has no people skills. He will let you know that they spent $100,000 on their asphalt pavement and do not allow trucks to make a U-turn in that lot but could not spend $15 on a sign telling drivers to pull up and to walk through the door to the office to check in. If there are no signs and the paperwork does not tell us to either call or to go into a certain door, I do not know how we are supposed to know. But I digress. The dock worker got me unloaded very quickly and when he brought my paperwork to me he was super nice. It is a 45° dock and it is a little tight but completely doable.
