Charles is a gem of a find, he really felt like family for the few months he worked on my house. Him and his crew are very professional, honest, hard working people. My home value has gone up since the work done by him and with his help, I really started the process of making my first house purchase really feel like a home. He redid my moldy bath and adjoining closet, with an eye for detail and the big picture. When the painters didn't show up, he just took it on himself. I respect his skills and his values.

Charles does a fantastic job. He is able to work on any project you might have, be that cement, plumbing, carpentry, stone work, flooring, etc... Charles has helped me on two different large projects (home remodels in two locations). He comes highly recommended.

We hired C Rod Construction after buying a fixer upper. Charles was very helpful in advising us in our quest to improve our home within our budget. The work they did included a bathroom remodel , adding a shower, changing our closet into a laundry room, removing popcorn ceilings, tilework, and removing florescent lights and adding attractive can lighting. I had a water leak into the house due to poor flashing work. In September 2017 I contacted Charles, he showed up on time, gave me a really fair estimate and completed the job in 1 day. Fantastic attitude and work, hasn’t leaked a drop all Seattle winter!
