Very nice people!! Had to get our trailer worked on. Got on it right away and even made sure that everything worked before we left. Would definitely recommend them!!

This place is very slooooow thye have had my truck for 8 days i call them every other day they haven even found what the problem was you tell them you need it fixed that ypur starving to death they say oh i lnow i know ill call ypu back and you never hear from them fix my truck c &m please i need to make money

Wow! These guys are awesome. We limped in with a check engine light, in our 2017 Bounder. We needed to get back on the road toward home bc my husband has upcoming i.portant, Dr. appointments. The crew here got us diagnosed and parts ordered quickly. Chris and Andy worked to get us back on the road fast. Now the coach is running great and we will be home In time for the Dr.

Picture this: Elderly couple 2004 Allegro Bus / wife following in car (trip 3 or 4) going 65mph suddenly going 10mph on I-65. Took 7+ hrs to go from Destin to Montgomery riding mostly on the wake up ridges. Husband DETERMINED to get home. Many hours later we made it to C&M in Cullman, AL. 6 injectors , 1 Heughy pump. And an oil pan/gasket later the RV TOOK A SMOOTH RIDE HOME YESTERDAY. The staff and mechanics are the best. Very patient with our questions and they do RVs for a living. You are in good hands and will be treated fairly.

Huge thank you to Adam. We had a flat tire and just happened to stop in the parking lot where he was. He came over and help change. Thank you again for your help and showing my kids there’s still good people in this world.

I didnt even catch his name but the mechanic that came out to the walmart dc to help me with a blown coolant line friday 4/28/23 Is a very great mechanic and worker, He jumped right into a pool of coolant and got me going again.... You dont find mechanics that get stuff done like him anymore, If I ever need help again when Im in the area C&M will be the first shop I call.... Thank you guys so much

My diesel motorhome broke down on I-65. My roadside assistance company had me towed to C&M Truck after hours and I was left in their parking lot. The next morning, C&M checked for the problem and found a locked up AC compressor. They immediately ordered the parts and the next day made the repairs. They were accommodating and treated me very kindly, allowing me to stay in my motorhome in their parking lot until repairs were made. I found the repairs to be timely and the cost very reasonable.

Very satisfied. From the girls in the office to the guys in the shop. They made sure all issues were addressed!

Dennis, geno. Jeremy and the whole team took excellent care of us! They went above and beyond to ensure a very tricky electrical problem was fixed and done right! Not to mention all the other problems that I have been dealing with for years that other places just made excuses for not getting it right!!!

Passing through Cullman I lost my clutch brake. Found C&M on my breakdown app and gave them a call. They got me in as soon as I got to their shop even though it was close to the end of the day. Had me fixed up in a couple hours and most of that was just time to go get the part. Very nice people!

Today my truck's battery's died at the Pilot On 304 exit North. I called C&M Because they where 2 minutes down the road and I needed a jump asap. automatically the guy said it will be 2 hours for him to come and jump start the truck , then $350 just to start the truck. Talking about (taking advantage) of people In a bad situation, Well I found (drans auto and diesel repair) Who showed up in 2 minutes and gave me a jump start within 5 minutes and only charge me $45 but I gave him $60. The guy that showed up to help me. Who I will refer to him as E. Is a true American boy from Alabama With a kind heart. give this man a call so you don't get scammed by C&M! Again only call (Drains auto and diesel repair) in Good Hope, Alabama. Hope this information helps my fellow truckers, As for C&M Hope you step on on a rusty nail Barefoot!!!

Stop by to get help with my refeer unit door guy help me and sent my way. They are good. Nice lady at the desk too.

Denis and his guys do good work and in a timely manner. They have worked on several of our semi trucks. Highly recommend.

Front desk lady was friendly is all the good I can say about this place. Technician charged 353.00 to hook up to my truck for 2hrs to run a regen, touched nothing else and he was left scratching his head after all was said and done, fixed nothing. Only thing he could come up with was my coolant light came on and that was the reason in his mind engine derate came on. 2 days later, light back on and coolant is to manufacture specs, so no. I knew paying he got me good but oh well.

Would have given the 5 but after a clutch was done rather fast & seems to be right, I asked if they had impact that could remove 2 shocks, I helped the man and took less than 20 mins with my supplied shocks. And they charged 1.5 hrs. Just for once I'd like to see a mechanic shop that had ethics & skills.

Did what I asked them. A little pricey but trucking is an expensive game when on the road. Got me in quick, also.

My trailer broke down in their area. Someone recommended C and M. I'm glad they did. They worked me in spent most of the day fixing my trailer. For a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them. Very knowledgeable and friendly

Fast in and out. Got leak on my trailer roof fixed from here. Price was good. Workshop guys are friendly. Lady at the front desk was nice.

Took my Rv in to have the brakes checked and the emergency brakes fixed, the shop repaired the emergency brake issue, and when I went to pick it up the shop Manger Tim, stated that no problem could be found with the brakes, yet into a trip I found the rear brakes metal on metal, and had a tire blown from the metal on metal heat. I took the Rv back and another 1150 bill on the rear brakes, at this point Tim stated there were problems in the tag axle, yet when I went to pick up nothing was mentioned about tag axle problems, I was told it must have been a miscommunication. The owner told me that they made a mistake and the brakes didn't get checked, the owner told me he would take care of the problem. I ask the shop to pay for the tire, they refused, said it wasn't there fault the tire blew, but if they had checked the brakes when asked they would have discovered the rear brake issue.

Excellent service. I had an air tank leaking on my KW. We learned they were aluminum and instead of waiting 2 days for a new one from Paccar, we opted to weld plates on it instead. This was done a week ago. No issues at all with the welds or tanks. The price was very fair! I'd recommend C&M Truck and Trailer Repair to anyone any day!

Have used the several times in a owner operator and Dennis is always willing to help and explain any repairs. Have usually always had my truck ready when I need it back great place for repairs.

The worst place ever .. I started talking with a guy name jason and telling him about my electrical problem and him telling me that he was confident that he could fix it . started calling back to talk to jason to find out if the abs sensor went off he never got on the phone a guy name Jeremy started calling me back telling me telling me opposite things from what jason was telling me ... Long story short and 2319.78 dollars later the problem was never fixed. I took the dashboard apart and unpluged the dash and everything started working and the abs light went out.. So i got charged all that money and them replacing all my abs sensor for nothing .. Not to mention when i asked how much the sensors would cost jason told me 50 bucks and when i got the bill it was 76.00 smh .. The worst place ever

Had a sensor issue could not have till next day took out cleaned had me back rolling quick and cheap!
